Great losses everyone!! My week wasn't so great but I lost cms!!

14/7/11 : 80.4
21/7/11 : 79.2 (loss of 1.2kgs) YAY YAY YAY!!! On my way!!!
28/7/11 : 79.1 (loss of 100g)

Start Date Monday 11/07/2011 78.50 kilos
Start Week 2 Monday 18/07/2011 76.30 kilos
Start Week 3 Monday 25/07/2011 74.90 kilos
Start Week 4 Monday 01/08/2011 74.20 kilos
Loss toDate: 4.30 kilos


Week 3 was a slower week but hope to shed > 1 kilo in Week 4

Aiming to be under the 73 kilo mark for next Monday

Hi ya all, here is my update for today

7/7/11 - 76.4kg
12/7/11 - 74.8kg (loss 1.6kg)
20/7/11 - 73.4 (loss 1.4kg) - not a very good week sigh
27/7/11 - 73.1 (loss 300gr) - tough week, lotsa things happening
3/8/11 - 72.4 (loss 700gr) - another tough week

Hope you all have better week

Hi all


13.7.11 - 74.8kg - loss of 1.2kg and 8 cm
20.7.11 - 73.3kg - loss of 1.5kg and 4 cm
27.7.11 - 71.7kg - loss of 1.6kg and 2 cm
03.08.11 - 71.1kg - loss of 600g an 2 cm....

Im gutted with this weeks performance but it is my own fault..ive been drinking 5 cans of diet coke a day (instead of my 3) just to get through busy period on farm (calving) and its obv not going to work...gutted...

Hope you have all had better results...

Couldn't be happier!!! Haven't been in the 70's in a very, very loooooong time!!! Here's wishing everyone a good loss this week!!!

week 1 85.1 - 3kg
week 2 85.7 +600gms

Cant be worse next week!

You have probably shrunk heaps over the past week

Anyway, I love the morning weigh in but a couple of times in the past three weeks have weighed more than the previous morning. I just ignore it - could be the scales, could be the barometric pressure (!!) - and the next day the anomaly seems to have corrected

Next week - yes, our capacity to view tomorrow or next week as a new land is enduring. Hope is what makes us Human, I think

But you are not relying just on 'Hope' but on practical action

Ten Kilos in Eight Weeks?

Pfft!

No woz, we can do that!

Start Week 5 Monday 08/08/2011 73.00 kilos

Overall loss of 5.50 kilos, 4.50 remaining and 4 weeks of the challenge to do it in

Happy with the losses, aiming for another kilo to bite the dust this week!

have had a terrible week with calving and the snow and i have deviated so many times and feeling like a loooooser for it, have to get my self towards myself and carry on, hope everyone keeping warm and doing better thanme this week.
