oh thank you wise and kind Shell for clearing that up for me! That'll make it easier in the morning to precut my goody fruit and my baddy fruit and have it handy for ingesting. Even though they are mixed I will still eat them in intervals, today i also have to eat 2 pieces of honky bread. I will spread that out as well.
Now I'll tell you about some good fruit- plum -day after eating it I went down from 65.9 to 65.2, GOOOOOOOD Plum! he's a good boy yes he is, yes he is, yes he is! He is sooo GOOOOOOD, Pineapple on a bread day- 300g drop, he's a good boy yes he is, yes he is, yes he is! He is sooo GOOOOOOD, Oh yeah its fruit not puppies!!!! So who is the babe at the computer sitting at 64.9kg? Oh yeah its me,(whips out ppocket mirror to revel in ones own beauty and sveltness) Now, also yesterday was Aug 28th and my 4 month anniversary. Yes it was that fateful day on april 28 when I bit into my first cracker and weighed my airline size portion of meat. And now I'm down 19.1 kg and eating my first morsel of bad fruit on refeed today. Am I proud, oh yes, do I feel good-oh yes (even better when my throat knives are gone-they are slowly improving), will I stop moaning about how expensive the program was ....ummm-I'll try. I promise that when I maintain for one year. I will not moan anymore about the price.-Now, I don't like the moaning so I definitely will maintain. Anyway I am going to go take a comemoration foto now for all of you to enjoy! i AM NOT SURE IF IT WOULD HAVEE BEEN SO EASY AND INTERESTING WITH OUT YOU GUYS! Hi lily and koh thanx for coming in and giggling with me! Yes Koh, the joys of stewed prunes or my dead grammas favrite cocktail prune juice on the rocks, bless her soul.
I dropped another 300g last night to put me at 64.6-so funny because yesterday the foody quantity was big, and I was thinking -jezz I know I will go up -I know I will go up. I had all the foody minus the bread which I explained earlier I am not nor was i a big bread fan-It really felt like a smorgasboard yesterday. Oh well knock on wood. Throat is still lingering, but better than it was.yesterday i had a little more energy, today is my last sunday I have to work. Next sunday will be my first day off since sunday june 22, yahoo coinciding with my last programmed day of refeed, fingers crossed. Oh well friendlies more later! |

well had a mini poo- but geez I hope this bowel behavior doesn't have to be part of the "lifestyle" change. This little bit of rabbit size dun did not want to leave- sorry to be graphic but total turtle head.
Anyway glad little jethro is gone. Today I have eaten, the extra protein-for you non refeeders it meant that my lunch portion was twice the sixe of my biggest portion of protein on original plan. It was like eating like a real restaurant portion of protein. I split the extra veg and will have the rest tonight with evening protein which will be fun sized. breakfast - yogurt mid morning snack apple sandwich(one slice o white) Lunch= humongous hunk a cod & veggies now snack pineapple dinner = shrimpies with veggies-melon after dinner snack apple or more melon I hope the seafood helps things slide a little easier because I dont have time like men do,to sit around on the commode-never been a reader-. more later |

I really hope you are feeling better. Chicken soup is also good for sore throats and a chesty feeling. (It helps to loosen mucus) I hope you feel better soon. You are already below your goal weight!!!! FANTASTIC!!!! Oh *sigh* Fruit......... Hope all stays well on your re-feed

it is weird sweety the throatthings i get -don't have fever, just nast in the throat and neon yellow nast that just collects right back there and a tiredy feeling and swollen and red- worse pain than the throat you get with a cold flu thing- I thought i was getting better yesterday but its back today. I have tried the betadine thang that gigi recommended didnt really help much i think salt water and and baking soda gargleles actually do more. and when you spit that stuff out, it is like you are starring in the"exorcist" Nam glad you are back on track now-NO GRUMBLING! what did you find most inspiring ? do you want to have a turtle head poo too? i am so gross -I know. Now i had all three breads today, i hadmy good fruit my bad fruit and i am just finishing up my old fruit, I have eaten more today than. well, i dont know how long. I am a little concerned that my cod was a tad salty but i have had extra water and tea.I hope i dont retain any water. I am pmsing though-the husband's constant breathing is gettin on my nerves. I think i will have to have more antibiotics though becuase this throat is not all better and my last antibiotic is tomorrow. I was so close to taking some honey-that so helps the throat-but i didnt- I did ginger, garlic, lemon rind in hot water, everything i could think of cohen friendly. so now i go to sleep -Praying for a poo that doesnt want to come out sideways, for a throat void of pain and for the same number on the scales tomorrow or something lower, big hug to all, and thank you kindly for your on going support. |

You are blowing me over with your happiness on refeed. You seem to be really cruising through refeed and enjoying every bit of the extra good and bad food and they don't seem to have any negative effects on you! Well done gal now I'm getting excited for tomorrow...hehehehhe

Morning all, well after all the food yesterday, my pre poo post pee weight is 64.5 so down 100g. Fab isn't it?
today i venture into mixig proteins and I could if I want have some milk- but I am now used to coffee without milk and I am not a big milk drnker anyway, and to do the math subtract x from your old protein in order to have x amount of milk just isn't worth it. 3 bread 2 bad fruit -this is going from a party into a full blown rave! More later- i have to go and introduce some shrimp to a dead cow. |
