Hi Peta,

I find that I get hungrier when my period is due. Maybe after a couple of months you might find a pattern emerging too. On those hard days I find a can of sprite zero can really help keep the hunger at bay. Green tea also works for me. If not my house is usually a bit cleaner at those times....anything to keep my mind distracted.

Peta you are doing a fantastic job, no deviations is really a major achievement, because I know I have been rather hungry and have given in a couple of times, only small things, but still a deviation. Anyway keep on going strong!

Hi Peta, 5kg in 2 weeks is absolutely fantastic, congrats, and you should be proud of yourself for sticking to the program with no deviations. If you keep going like this you will reach your goal in no time. Hope Corbyn is going okay with his teething, I was very lucky my 3 girls had no teething problems whatsoever, I would only no because of the teething, and then all of a sudden they had a new tooth. The sleepless nights really are hard to cope with aren't they, my girls are 6 1/2, 4 1/2 and 2 1/2 and they are still waking up in the night, mostly the younger two, but it most definitely eases up and you do get to have most nights without interruption.
Have a fantastic weekend and also a deviation free one.

Well another day gone almost

I'm sitting here enjoying the piece and quiet,Corbyns at day care and bf went out so here alone til 430.

I must say today was a great day was full after breakfast and didn't even notice it was time for lunch til like 2 and after having that can say i was so full thought i was goin to explode which i can say i have never felt since starting Cohen's I am guessing that is a good thing...
I have been cooking beef strog for the boys and the old me would of been picking at it as it was cooking but the new and improved me hasn't been tempted at all even though it is my all time favorite thing to eat *O how i miss it HAHAHAHA!!!!* but i am strong i can wait till im a Skinny Minnie before i have it again.
Well better go and finish what i was doing before 430 have a great day/night everybody

Hi all,

I started off the day with a absolute yummy breakfast of zucchini pancakes (Thank you for the recipe hope_ful)it the first time i have tried and definitly wont be the last i am going to try my 16month old on them too.

Had a few crappy days of late with a funeral to go to but luckily i stayed strong and took my food with me i didn't want to be rude but i also know what happens when we deviate so after it was over i excused myself and went outside to eat luckily no one but me and my bf knew what i was doing (I know it sounds bad but was out all day so really couldn't wait till i got home to eat).

Am also dreading the fact that it is my 29th birthday in 5 days but can see the up side to it,this will be the last birthday i will have as the FAT GIRL I will celebrate my 30th next year as the new me!!!
I am hoping to hit the 30kg mark for my lose when i go back for my 12 week weigh in on the 16th so fingers crossed
Well hope you all have a great today..

Peta xx

Hi Peta

I have my 12 wk weigh in on Monday... I'm excited because I am hoping to hit the 20kg mark (I think I have but will wait for confirmation).

30kg for you - wow that is nothing short of amazing! And you can most certainly celebrate this year's birthday not as the FAT girl - you aren't that girl anymore, look how far you have come. The big 30th will definitely be a new you as well, but that other girl has already gone (30kgs of her).

My 30th is in a few months - and even though i had originally hoped to be finished losing all the weight by then.. i am still looking forward to celebrating my day as the new me, because i have already come a long way from the old me.

Have a great weekend.

I'm sure by the time your 30th comes by you will be looking absolutely gorgeous..
Yeah for my 30th next year I hope to be finished so i can definitely go out and let my hair down normally when i go out with bf or the girls i felt ashamed of my weigh and would try hide it under ugly clothes ( plus size cloths are so unstylish lol) and sit in the corner so know one could see me...

But next year look out world cause no more ugly clothes or sitting in the corner it will be the new fabulous me !!! and I plan to make it a big one.

Hi Peta, your weight loss so far is phenomenal, you should be so pleased with yourself, just keep doing what you're doing and you will definitely be at your goal for 30th. I think that when I reach my goal weight I am going to have a great party and invite all my friends, to introduce everybody to the real me, the me I was born to be. I will buy the most perfect dress, the one I actually want, not the one I can fit.
You are sounding so positive too at the moment, like nothing will make you deviate. Good luck for your next weigh in.

Oh Peta what an awful day!! Have you spoken to the bank? I am sure they will have all put procedures in place as the skimming has been so widespread lately.

At least you have your family to rely on... and also, meanwhile, I don't think it is legal that he threatened to throw you out in a week... seriously, what a jerk!
