I just weigh myself - 66kgs...lost 1 kg. Actually i'm not sure whether my weight is the same when i weigh at the clinic. My scales at home is not a digital one and might not be very accurate. I'm due to be back at the clinic 1 mth after i started but i might actually go there somewhere this week to weigh myself. Wei |

WelcomE Wei, I do believe we are pretty similar, I am 67 kg and have not done pre cohen.
Im just gonna jump straight into it tomoro, as i am going shopping today to get everyting I need. I havent updated my weight coz I havent lost any weight. Im not sure if my digital scaled are accurate as it changes as a matter of grams each time I weigh myself. Wei, not doing pre cohen doesnt make a difference its only supposed to help with detoxing the body earllier and get you into a habit of eating the right foods Suzie, have you recieved your program yet?? |

20/7/08 Week 2 Results so far...
Lisa 4.3kg - GET OUT!!
Wei 1kg Sheree 2.2kg Terri 1.5kg Suzie no loss....sniff Nickers 5kg!!!!!!!!! Still have to hear from quite a few ladies but think it's safe to say Lisa is in the lead by far! Good work . I have just been cruising along waiting for my program which will hopefully come middle of next week. I've still cut out carbs but haven't been as strict with portions as I have in the past 2 weeks, gonna go hard when I get my program though! All the best of luck for next week girls! Well done Lisa & Sheree that is a fantastic loss by all. Hi everyone new sorry I have not writen all week but with the kids on school holidays I have had not time to get to the computer.
Well I have lost 1.5 this week and breaking my first goal I am very excited. My sister came over today and I have not seen here in about 3 weeks and she could not beleive how much I had lost my cloths fit so much better now. I have lost 9 cms off my hips. I can't wait to see how everyone else has gone this week good luck. terri |

Roxy back from the snow
Hi everyone I am back and have had a great time and remained injury free. It was difficult to eat our way but I have not put on any weight but have not lost either.
So its 92kg again but now I am so determined to lose 10kg in 5 weeks. Big Breath so here I go thanks again for setting this up I will be weighing again on Friday. Cheers

Hi All - sorry I didn't post my loss on Sunday - I was down to 85.7 so that was only a loss of 600g - not too bad given that I was still not completely back on the wagon after being away for most of last week and having hubbie & the kids at home more than usual. Am back on track 100% as of Monday and going well - will weigh in at the end of the week (which will be the end of my 1st 4 weeks) for the third week of the challenge!

Hi Gals,
I am hesitant to weigh on Sunday, I was weighing on Sundays when I did precohen but now my weekly weigh in is Thursdays......hmmm. So tomorrow I'll have only been on the program for 3 days. I just don't want to jump on the scales to early and be bummed if I haven't had a good loss, also I have TOM and that wouldn't help. I'm thinking I might miss this Sunday's weigh in and just do it on Thursday. Just lettin' ya know. Suzie. |

Why dont you weigh in at the end of your week. the competions doesnt have to end at the same time. eg. Amandab (week 1) 600g Rue (week 1 ) 2.3kg Nickers (week 1) 5 kg Terri74 (week 1) 1.5kg Lisa (week 1) 4.3kg - GET OUT!! Wei (week 1) 1kg Sheree (week 1) 2.2kg Terri (week 1) 1.5kg and so on, When people post week two results just change their details. this way people can be in whatever week they are upto and It will be fair coz no one will have a half week. What do you think?. My first week ends today so my weight loss for week 1 is 2.3kg. |

Hi Suzie
I think i joined this challenge in your 2nd week and it was my 2nd week on Cohens too. So, i think i should give you my 1st week loss as well. Week 1 (approx.) = 1kg, Week 2 = 1kg, Week 3 = 2kgs. My starting weight was 68.9kgs (weight at the clinic) but i can't remember how much it was on the scales at home. Anyway, my weight was 65.05kgs at the clinic on last Thurs. I just get confused whether i should keep track of my weight loss using the scales at the clinic (incl clothes) or at home (without). Maybe i should record both. Wei |

Okay ladies, I'll start the results and you can keep us updated as you weigh in - I won't be weighing until Thursday now.
