Youare doing so well - eating up those double figures - before you know it you'll be an eighties girl. Glad to hear you are enjoying the journey - might as well enjoy it as we do it. And I think we will handle maintenance better when weare enjoying ourselves. Well Done Shanara

Hi Everyone,
I am going for my 12 week blood test tomorrow, i have not weighted myself for a few days so i am looking forward to see how much i have lost. I am looking forward to Christmas and catching up with family that have not seen me since i started my journey, and am looking forward to see their reaction. The last 12 weeks have gone by very quick, i am hoping that i lose as much in the next 12 weeks as i have so far. Cheers. Purple Lady |

Morning everyone,
Can anyone tell me if at any point does your weight loss slow down? I have been deviation free and have been losing at a good rate so far and was hoping that it does't. Thank you Purple Lady |

HI purple lady
Congrats on your weight loss !!! Your ticker is just sliding down the scale. I think everyone is different as to how the ewight comes off - for some it seems to move quicker than others. hard to says whether it will slow down however can say your body will loose it at exactly the right rate for you. Had to laugh - today I am exactly the weight you were when you started. Hope it takes me 12 weeks or less to be where you are now Some fairy dust to keep you shining and moving on down. Blessings Shanara

Hi Everyone,
I know that this might be a bit silly to write about but i went to the movies today and for the first time in a long long time i could sit in the seat quite comfortablely instead of being squeezed in like i used to be, it was a really great feeling. It is the little things like this that keep me determined to get to my goal weight. Thanks Purple Lady |

Congrats ...its those little things that seem to set our resolve even stronger isnt it? My most recent win was being able to do up the seat belt on the plane without an extension...I was SO stoked! Have a great weekend |

Hi Purple Lady!!
So pleased for you that youare achieving those lovely milestones, and even happier that they are keeping you motivated. I found my losses slowed down whenever I got near to a major goal, like halfway, or to a new low weight that I had not reached before. I very much found it to be a psychological slowing down! Once I was over whatever that hump or major milestone, then the weight fell off at the rate before again! You do have to remember, everyone is different. AJ lost slowly and steadily and it took her quite a while and then you have people like JennyC who has lost fantastic amounts in a really short time! It all depends on your body! Just keep doing what you know you need to be doing and it will all unfold as it is supposed to! Vee |

Hey pretty lady! I'm finally back, and just caught up with your diary! So glad that things are going smoothly for you! I hope that your weightloss won't slow down at all! It's very individual though. I'm one of the really slow ones. Mind you, that just means that I'll set a record in dancing mangos in my sig! Keep up the great work!
