Thanks for dropping by....... things are moving along slowly, will be starting refeed soon, have a few health issues and have made the decision with my consultant to start refeed, get the health back on track and then revisit my plan to drop the last 10kg. I am really happy with that decision. I am very happy with my body at the moment. Feeling a little bit boney actually, its just my tummy that needs a big bit of firming, but hey 60+ kg's gone forever. Size 10 trousers and 12-14 tops ( thanks to the roll 'em up breasts, hehehe I'm sure some can relate to this). Last time I wore size 10 - when I was sweet 16!! 30 years ago OMG |

Hi Sandie,
I too have those roll up breasts. Well done on everything you've achieved and on starting refeed (yes you do need to look after your health first) I'm sure that if you have any weight to lose after, it will just slip off. Cheers Michelle |

Re: Sandie's Diary
Just thought I do a quick up date......I have started and just about finished refeed.
After recommendations from my doctor and discussing my health with my consultant, I decided to do my refeed early and revisit my plan again in a few months time once everything has settled down . I felt to close to my goal to harm all my hard work, but my body was tell me it was time for more food. I have completed day 17 of my 19 day refeed and have lost .4kg since starting and while eating sooooo much food. I am heading back to the gym as of Monday, well thats the plan............. I hope to keep my diary as I continue on my cohens journey..... |
