come on 82kgs that my target!!
9.1kgs to go!!!
Swanne, whatever you prefer. Though as you get close to the final figure it might help to weigh daily. You don't want to miss announcing that you finished 4 days too late.

Go Meagain, go meagain legendary stuff girl! Is that 5.5kg in only 9 days and you are now under your cohen goal range? Impressive!

And to all of you in this sprint thing - Baloo, Lauren, Peter, Kristine and now Swannee? Woohoo - every one of you are already winners for putting your hand up and taking the challenge! Pandora

Well worth the churning stomach last night. Too much caffeine? Still a nice drop overnight.

Morning, Lauren!

Day 8 (Monday)

START: 7th Jan
START WEIGHT 66.25
TODAY WEIGHT 64.00
LOSS 2.25 kilos
GOAL 58.00

No change from yesterday. Seven days completed, loss 2.25 kilos

The first week on the original program saw a loss of 3 kilos, so as I have sigificantly less to lose on this sprint, I would say that the 2.25 kilos would be comparable.

I am in much better shape now, than then. In fact I won't bother saying anything to the world at large about being on the program. It would seem a bit strange to be there in my size 10 pants saying that I was back on the program.

I started the original program on 4th February, 2006 and certainly think I've done very well with regards to weight maintenance. This is just the opportunity to do a complete 'grease 'n' oil', change the fan belt, check the distributor points and tune the engine. Oh, and replace the cracked headlight! In other words, get myself up to scratch, shed the few kilos which have crept back on, and to be where I want to be.

Nothing to do with any one else's opinion. Being where I want to be.

Cheers

Kristine

Hello All

Sorry I have been unable to post as I had a full week in Sydney and no easy internet. Here is where I am at.

As you would know I started on the 1st January 92.1kg and 26.4% Body Fat.
For the first week I was very good. Not pure but very Cohen friendly i.e. no cake, bread etc… So on the 7th January I was 88.9kg and 25.4 Body Fat.

BUT!!! then I went to Sydney all week with wife and toddler and that means social engagements. Two meals out of three each day were cohens good but the dinner meal included twice Thai with white rice and once a crumbed steak (the devil I know) etc.... I gained 1kg. but I resisted all deserts.

So back Friday night and three days being good again (but again not pure, having an extra fruit) I am under the first week at: 14th January 88.3kg and 25.3 Body Fat.

Total Loss of 3.8kg and 1.1% Body Fat which is pretty poor compared to all here but I feel good?!?! Confused. Read on…

Well I feel good as this is first time I have been able to really do maintenance. In fact I don’t feel as much as I am on the diet but living healthy. I attribute this to my wife joining me in support.

As well we are having fun and with 4kg off me and 2kg off her, I am looking great and she is looking great and well, when we both look great, it leads to humm, interest

So I am happy but be warned I am off again to Sydney (3 days) but this time I go alone and there is no social engagements and the gym awaits ( toddler free!). Time to build that bulk. So I am coming after you all and with Baloo trip, here is my chance to take the lead!!!

Bring It, Peter 14.7

Hey Peter, I was wondering how you were going. Well done on the loss to date.
Interest can be fun and beneficial. Think of all those endorphins racing 'round.

Thanks Lonniece. I am trying to find that balance.

I know I can get the fat off to 80kg. I dont know (yet) if I can find balance to keep it off after my past two failures on refeed. I have accepted the days of cake are over and I amd building a new food style.

That is my true challenge, Peter

You'll do it Peter. Just don't have that cake everyday. Then when you do with the "interest" you should be able to "work" it off.

All of you are going great guns. Baloo it seems you have gained then all of a sudden you drop again it was a up and down thing thru out your journey before hang in there. Your a winner either way....
