I weighed on Friday before leaving. There were a few minor deviations over the weekend but i tried so hard to stick with it. Hopefully it wont show too much on the scales! how cool will that be to be in the 60's...my fingers and toes are crossed for it next fortnight but will be TOM.
Bloody aftershock made me want to stray to the tim tams in the cupboard...but DIDN'T... hope everyone else is ok. Bex

WOW everyone has done so well this week!! Congrats ladies....Greek Princess a whole 2kgs I am so jealous!! Well I am going to be bringing the tone of our group down because I did not loose a thing, zip, a big fat zero. Here are my pathetic results:

Well done ladies,and Nessie don't beat yourself up over it. Its not your fault. TOM is a horrible thing and I probably will lose nothing next week as horrid TOM is just around the corner. You will lose big time next week!

hey ladies I weigh fortnightly so no weight from me till next week, but wanted to pop in and see how ppls are going. well done, Son, GP, Nelly, Joyjoy AND Nessie, because even if you haven't lost if you are doing cohens then you are doing well because you are improving your health. Hate TOM it's mine around the time when I weigh next week and it always affects this.

Congratulations again to all you LOSERS! (i mean that in the nicest of ways!)
Nessie I'm usually the one who has low losses and i usually reach a plateau at around 74kg so we'll just have to wait & see. Good luck for next week though. Sorry i'm late with my weigh in from last week. I'm on the last week of holidays from work and returned from a trip "bush camping" on Yorke Peninsula in SA. Very beautiful, gorgeous weather but very difficult to drink 2-3L with drinking water in limited supply. Not even any showers! Eeeew! So here's to this week, see in a few days. 4/10 75.6 18/10- Today 72.7-2.9 1/11-69.5-(3.2) to date...is that right? i hate maths 15/11 29/11 13/12 and will go in the next week and get my final weight 20/12 anyway i hope that all is well with everyone...good luck with weighing. xx bexy

Only 900 grams this week, keeps fluctuating up and down up and down lol. Was TTOTM this week so that could explain it. Had to eat out on the weekend so had to guesstimate my food too which made it hard and you never know what people put in food at all. I thought my friend had made me plain cabbage but found out later she put butter on it! All a learning curve and you know I don't even see it as a deviation as this is the only way we will learn how to eat properly to maintain our weight losses. hey GP that's a good loss considering your huge one the week before...i say take them both and do the average 1.45 per week for the last two weeks because i agree that totm is a real weight loss killer.
Nessie...i've just got my head back in the game too...if i deviate i will be doing this part of the program longer and no one wants that...i just keep telling myself that. nelly- wow you're kicking butt my dear, keep it up. take care all and good luck for losses this week.

My TOM has happened last week along with me being sick the last four days with tummy bug and head cold so I PUT ON !!! eeekk..oh well i hopefully can catch up next week and see a negative trend instead.... fingers crossed.
