I went through the Clinic that used to be in Wembley. Not sure what ever happened to it, but no longer there.

Laura77, if you have your program why do you need to join Booragoon? Did you not get to refeeding?

I use the the Darwin branch! We are so very lucky to have anyone up this way!

Take-3 Goal: 65 kilos
Start: 82 kilos 5-6-2014

Hi Jane,
Just wanted to encourage you - hope your start on Cohens is going well! No need to be nervous, just endeavour to stick 100% to the food list and you will have the weight off in no time. This is an amazing program and the forum is a great help, knowing that there are others on the same challenge as you. I have found if you drink the 3 litres of water each day, the fat melts away faster. I am not half way yet, but already am feeling a million dollars. Had to discard some clothes that are too BIG (usually it is because I am too big, but not this time).
Keep focussing on the end goal, a slim and healthy you!! You deserve it.

I am with Larysa from Brissy.... Always a constant in my emails, never late to reply. She is going to be a godsend thats for sure. Although I doubt i will get in there very often if at all - but I am sure to meet them before the journey is over
