Hello,

It is Friday night, Halloween. Tomorrow when I wake up, it will be my first Cohen Day.

I will have to face the scale

and do my measurements to update my weight.

I have my meals planned and everything ready to go.

And I've decided to just go for it and get through what will be a tough first week.

Thanks for all the info I got pre-Cohens.
