Fornight = 66.4kg Carrianne = 70.4kg Pandora = 65.0kg Mari = didn't post this week SuzieQ = 65.4kg Katie= didn't post this week Vee= didn't post this week Rach77 = 10k to goal Belnatjas= 79.1kg I know how easy it is to commit to a challenge but the real winners are those of us who keep showing up, keep checking in, no matter what our experience has been. I see from Carriannes list for last week, we never had an update from Mari, Katie and Vee. Where are you girls? Come back and join us and we can all support one another towards a NEW YOU! Well here I am to report in, but no loss I'm afraid. I've been sick with the flu on meds etc so this week has been pretty much a write off. I didn't do anything really silly food wise but not on plan either. On the mend now so no excuses for next weeks weigh in.

Hi All,
Have just found this thread in the Challenges. I reached my goal weight last year & had kept the weight off until the last couple of months & then blew out big time. An overseas holiday to China with lots of rice, noodles & soft drink, which I never eat/drink normally. It was so hot/humid we had to drink something & now I am paying for it. Once back home, I just couldn't stop putting food in my mouth - mainly chocolate & bread. Another bad habit I picked up on holiday. Usually steer right away from bread & limit my chocolate indulgence. I now have 8kgs to re-lose. Bugger! I am going to do my weigh & measure in the morning & will be getting back on track from there. I have actually started today with my old plan. I am not sure how that will go, but fingers (& toes) crossed. I have two outings this week that I have organized and cannot get out of, so will see how good I can be this time around. Last year I was very, very strong much to everyone's amazement, so here's hoping. Cheers, Steph. |

Hi all. Hope you are getting better by the day Suzie and i know how it can be harder when we are sick and on meds, i am still getting over the bronchitisy thing after almost 4 weeks AND now have steroid meds which dont help with weight loss.
And Fornight, of course its ok not to report weigh in this week. And welcome to the club Steph and day one for Rach. Now where is that Spanish bombshell Carrieannikins? And who else is late in showing up? Mari, Katie, Vee and Bel where are you? Me? I am down 1kg this week so back at 64kg. Pandora |

Good on you Pandora that's a good loss for the week, I am jealous! Hubby offered me some of his block of choc last night...so tempted but I just thought of my size 10 jeans and the fact that if I indulge they will no longer fit......that kept me honest!

Can I join puh-leeeeease???? I am actually going to start tomorrow- Thursday- as it was my old Cohens' weigh in day. BUT I haven't been binging since I went in my diary and confessed all sins, so hopefully my detox won’t be too bad- I am mostly worried about giving up my morning cappuccino *wipes away a tear But ya gotta do what ya gotta do, right?! I am roughly in the 75 kg range... but I fear closer to 76. Boo and then hiss! So, I will report in tomorrow with my official starting weight. Is that okay??! Thanks guys! xoxo Missy

Oh how delightful to have you join us Missy altho sorry for the actual reason of dare i say it weight gain, oh, guess thats why the rest of are also on this thread. No doubt you will brighten up our wee group lassie as you are and always were an inspiration to many!
Remember, we both started on exact same date last year, 1st October 2009, maybe your being back to kick off those pesky kilos is a divine intervention omen for the rest of us! Lets hear from you again tomorrow with yr restart weight. Pandora |

I am another candidate for this group if it's not too late............ but right now I am too scared to weigh!!!
I have started/stopped for months now and I really, really need to bite the bullet. Somehow I seem to get lost on about day 4............... here's hoping joining this group will motivate me to stay on track. HELP!!!! Planning to start old programme on Friday........ so will report in then. Ouch......... it wont be pretty!!! |

So, I weighed myself this morning... and yesterday I mentioned I thought I might be closer to 76kgs... well, I am exactly 76kilos!! Arghhhh!
