I think I'll claim my second berry, water has been good and I exercised last week, don't know about next week though, not able to walk much or bike ride etc. Does stretches to help my back count? What about time on the TENS?

How is everyone going?
I have earned some berries because: I have been taking my asthma Meds therefore DOing something about my health I have been only having starchy carbs when eating out I have been DOing reset after ingesting starchy carbs. I have started thinking of my CAN uary goals too! |

LB I am referring to potatoes, rice, pasta, bread, noodles etc. Had Asian noodle thing for lunch on Monday and scales were up more than a kg!!!!

Who's in? Goals: - Work out at least 3x a week. -- I want to be able to do the Turkish Get Up (with a dumbbell) by the end of the month. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uGRBvom4Zrw) - Get 7 hours of sleep every night. - Stay below 55kg! - Compile 10 of my recipes into a Cohen friendly cookbook.

Yes I did Koh and it was a fun month! and a strawberry bonus too! woo hoo! January we were going to try for 'can/u/ary' - but I don't know what Jlou had in mind for it, as it didn't get any further i don't think...
Plus, I should be at goal for Can u ary! we'll have to think of something....thinking caps on ppl! |

Will skip the berry this week as I haven't accomplished all my goals.
- Have written out 5 recipes, plus 2 that I posted in the Recipes for maintenance thread... - Worked out 6 days last week - Stayed below 55 kg... Still working on the Turkish Get Up! Drat! Can't even do one proper set.
