Re: Is anyone interested in a Sensational by Summer Challenge?
Hi everyone
Well now for my goal: To reduce by 3 BMI points over the next 12 weeks. I will achieve this by being consistent, with the plan, so that I can actually look forward to summer this year instead of wondering what on earth I am going to wear when the weather heats up. My new healthier, slimmer, happier, self will be my birthday present to myself on 13 November. I want to have the satisfaction of knowing I have done my best by sticking with the program, whatever I weigh by summer. Am Week 1 (1 September): ---- Week 2 (8 September): Start: 80kgs BMI 30.1 Week 3 (15 September): Week 4 (23 September): Week 5 (30 September): Week 6 (7 October): Week 7 (15 October): Week 8 (22 October): Week 9 (28 October): Week 10 (4 November): Week 11 (11 November): Week 12 (18 November): Week 13 (25 November): Final (1 December): Total Difference: |

Re: Is anyone interested in a Sensational by Summer Challenge?
Week 1 (1 September): 61.2kg - weighed a day late cause I forgot.
Week 2 (8 September): 60.0kg - in 6 days, as I weighed Sunday last week!!!!! Week 3 (15 September): Week 4 (23 September): Week 5 (30 September): Week 6 (7 October): Week 7 (15 October): Week 8 (22 October): Week 9 (28 October): Week 10 (4 November): Week 11 (11 November): Week 12 (18 November): Week 13 (25 November): Final (1 December): Total Difference: Finally, a great week of loss for me.........1.2 in 6 days, so, on the way to the end......if that makes sense. I've again tried those Sass and Bide size 27" jeans of mine.........OMG they are nice, but look pretty ordinary on me at this point. Can do them up, pretty tight on the legs, muffin top a bit fugly, but the fact I can get them up the leg and do them up is making me smile!!!!! A good first week all in all!!! |

Putting this done to the arrival of TOM – cursing him as I was so pleased with getting my weight down and then he had to come along and spoil it. |

Re: Is anyone interested in a Sensational by Summer Challenge?
Week 1 (1 September): 87.2
Week 2 (8 September): 85.9 (-1.3) Week 3 (15 September): Week 4 (23 September): Week 5 (30 September): Week 6 (7 October): Week 7 (15 October): Week 8 (22 October): Week 9 (28 October): Week 10 (4 November): Week 11 (11 November): Week 12 (18 November): Week 13 (25 November): Final (1 December): Total Difference: my goals: I would really like to lose at least 14kg in those 12 weeks. And I would love love love to be able to get those orange lee jeans that I bought actually up my legs. They are a 28 inch waist so I guess I have to have a goal of losing at least 12 cm from my waist also. Now that may be a bit of an ambitious goal, so a mini goal will be to get my new white levi's size 10 to do up also. That one may be a bit more realistic. Starting waist 80cm. (32") Just amended my weekly weight after I had to do a run to the loo. Much happier with the result now than I was 30 minutes ago lol. As long as its going down thats the main thing. Re: Is anyone interested in a Sensational by Summer Challenge?
afternoon all - i forgot to mention that i'm weighing in mondays only in this challenge because thats my normal weigh in day. i don't want to get into the habit of weighing more than once a week because unfortnately it affects my demeanour too much (scale weight) and i'm in a good mind space right now, i've accepted that my weight loss has slowed (for some unknown reason) but i'm still setting my goals very high (why not reach for the seemingly unreachable)
my goal for this 12wk challenge is to lose 20kgs!!!! WOW something high to aim for but its not called a challenge for nothing right!!!!! Week 1 (3 September): 110.3kgs Week 2 (10 September): Week 3 (17 September): Week 4 (25 September): Week 5 (02 october): Week 6 (09 October): Week 7 (16 October): Week 8 (23 October): Week 9 (30 October): Week 10 (06 November): Week 11 (13 November): Week 12 (20 November): Week 13 (27 November): Final (3 December): Total Difference: will update weight tomorrow - just |

Re: Is anyone interested in a Sensational by Summer Challenge?
Hi everyone,
I had a good week. I detoxed off carbs and sugar and I feel some much better for it. I have not started back on my old plan (will do so tomorrow) but managed to lose 2 kilos this week. It will be a good test for me this week to see if my old program works after having been pregnant for 11 weeks. Here hoping that it does. Have a good week everyone, Butterfly |
