Ahhh I know I'm late putting in my first weeks results... FLAT OUT HERE...

I just checked my starting wieght... as you can see by my ticker I'm not yet 82.6... it was meant to be 85.6, typo on my part! SO...

Starting weight 85.6
Week one weight 84.1
Goal weight 75.6

Have to post my weight early, as I will be flying off to Turkey for 2 weeks tomorrow, and won't be able to do my Monday weight update posting for the next 2 Mondays. Shall be doing my best to stick to the diet while I am away... so hopefully will still post a weight loss when I get back.
