hehe, I just love cheese so much, it's embarrassing! haha, nah nah, not ashamed of my love of the big cheese! haha.

I tend to had it melted on some steamed vegies (ie: mushies or cauliflower)- I am especially loving the cauliflower... it's like a side dish but as a meal! mmm, yum.

Oh and usually eat it with a full square of saladas.... yum!

I am kinda bland... but I find the cheese speaks for itself! haha

I have begun to lose wt. it is very encouraging.
I feel my clothes getting looser as well.
But when i read the forum and see that people have lost a lot more than me in the same time frame , i am not sure if i am doing everything right?

Hi sangi, can you share with me the details on your distributor for those large eggs? Where is the distributor located?

Hi divineparadise,
The 'egg van " as we call it in our estate visits every wed from 10am to 12pm. One tray of 30 65gm -70gm eggs are abt $5.30 to $6.00 depending on the daily rate.
i live in the west.

Hi Sangi

6.9kg in 3 weeks is fantastic!!

As for prawns vs shrimp - they are actually 2 different species (I discovered that here). But I don't like either LOL

My clinic didn't give me a timeline to finish - just that our contract is for 6 months so I am assuming I will be pretty much done by then

I've lost 8.8kg in a month.I feel great, because with 5 days in the gym i could lose only 1kg and would put it back on during the weekend. but is this wt loss too little, as i have read on the forum that some lose more than 10kgs in the first month itself.
just worried if i'm doing everything right?

Hi Sangi,

Sounds good to me !!! But, to put your mind at ease, check this out :-

How quickly am I likely to lose weight?

You'll see that the average weight lost in 4 weeks is between 8 - 9 Kgs (according to Andy's poll).

Now, that would be a low result, if you were a young male with over 50Kgs to lose. But would be an astoundingly good loss for an older female with only 15Kgs to lose.

You see, it is all relative. That link should allow you to judge whether your result fits your profile. Hope it helps,

Koh

Well done Sangi!

Hey, why don't we make this into a diary for you? Just let us know and we can move it and you then just fill out the diary request form.

Cheers
jlou

Lil doll and laura, thanks for the encouragement, yes it feels great.

Today was the end of my 8th week and my wt was 96.9kg. didn't lose as much as i did in the first month but don't really care as long as i'm losing. Never felt so happy to be a "LOSER" before.Ha ha .
Another wonderful change i've noticed is ,i don't perspire as much any more .
and jlou, yes i'd love to have a diary of my own. but i don't have a special cohen's # assigned to me .

Sangi, every programme has a number assigned to it. look around the bottom of your programme and you will find it. It might be located in the footnote area. (I'm at work so I can't look at mine at the moment.) But it's there all right. It might look something like this:

0801010 or 0912110 or 1001080 or something similar.

Go here: http://newyouforum.com/forum/misc.php?do=form&fid=1

Fill it out, submit it, and in a couple of days/week you will have your own diary (which will probably be this thread) moved and renamed to the diaries section.
