DAY 15 - 63.4kg
Overnight Movement: 0kg
Lowest weight: 63.4kg
Start weight: 64.3kg

Salmon day, yey. Finally i am able to add enough new protien to substantiate a meal, so out with the old and in with the new. Buttered toast was a nice change yesterday, no adverse effects and all is going really well. Tomorrow is a big day in cohens refeed land, not only is it sweet biscuit day, but also alcohol day. I can't wait.

Ooh! Only 1 day after this to go for you Rocks! It seems to have gone so quickly! I'm glad you enjoyed your buttered toast and that there were no nasty side effects!

Just thought I would let you know I took your advice and started a diary, even at this stage and I'm glad I did. I already feel like I have company for the last stretch and it's so encouraging to find people have left notes in my diary! So, thanks for the push to get one going!

Louise

DAY 16 - 63.2kg
Overnight Movement: -0.2kg
Lowest weight: 63.2kg
Start weight: 64.3kg

yey...... a 200g drop this morning. I have noticed the last few days my body has been functioning more regularly (if you get what i mean), its good, i feel great and ready for the real world. Tomorrow is my last day of refeed, what will it bring...........stability i'm hoping.

I don't really have much advice other then keep it simple. I have kept my carbs to lunch, never got to the 3 pieces of bread in one day, kept with 2 and 3 CB's, always had a fruit with the bread as well, kept my biggest meal as dinner (old habits never die), eaten a mago every day (boyfriends going broke) and have made an effort to be active for part of each refeed day. When the scales started to go up i cut back on the bread and traded with CB's, this made no difference, it was the BM that got things moving and gains back down. Most of all i've stayed positive and haven't counted down the days till i can eat cake, chocolate, candy, chips or any of that junk. This is my new life and i want to accept it.

Louise i'm coming over to visit now.

Woo hoo Rocks! All done bar the shouting! I'm sure you're going to be fine with maintenance too, you have such a great attitude about life after Cohen's. I think that's the secret ... not looking forward to having all the things you couldn't have on the losing phase but accepting this as your new life. Well done!

I was going to ask what your plans are for eating on your first day on your own, but I presume it will quite likely be tending towards Cohen's friendly foods. Is there anything you will be adding to your menu that wasn't specifically listed in your refeed foods? Anything you normally eat/ate that you would like to go back to in moderation?

I do hope that you keep in touch and let us know how you manage in maintenance. It seems like such a big step for so many people, even those that managed to stay 100% true to Cohen's.

Thanks for visiting my diary. I'm so glad you found me

Enjoy your last day on refeed.

Louise

DAY 17 - 63.1kg
Overnight Movement: -0.1kg
Lowest weight: 63.1kg
Start weight: 64.3kg

Yesterday was my last day on the plan and my weight finished at an all time low. I now look great in jeans, short little black dresses and i not only have cohens to thanks but also my own perseverance, will power and motivation. This is something that all of should recognise more frequently throughout the program, that anyone can tell you what to eat but its up to you whether you really want to get there. We all deserve a good pat on the back, its not easy to change something that is so regular in your life........your diet.

Thanks for dropping by Franseca and louise. Flew back home for a conferance in perth last night so i'll be going to the MYO salad bar for lunch i think. i will get a maintainence diary happening, but not just yet. You can be guarenteed that i will be trying my best to give all the support i can to many on this forum though.

Yay!!

Well done on finishing Kat! I bet you feel like a million dollars in all your skinny clothes. Enjoy your new body and feeling comfortable in whatever you wear. You've put in a lot of effort to get where you are and you deserve to feel great and so proud of yourself.

Looking forward to seeing you maintain with just as much style as you showed during the diet phase!

Back again to do it all over again, starting from exactly the same weight as last time.
My health is not good and my doctor is predicting all sorts of nasty things if I don't lose weight.
What else do I do? I help people make money and I help people save money. Please take a look at http://www.acnlinks.clancie.com.au/
Back again for the support. Still think the diet and the forum are the best ever, but too old to do it again. Now losing again slowly on maintenance diet. Ticker shows next intermediate goal only (5 kilos).
