LOL... The old funny bone

Great losses McPsy!

When you really think about how much 25 kgs is... whoa! Try lifting something that is about that weight- it's quite an eye opener.

Now THATS what I call WILL POWER! Hip hip horray for you that you didn't give in to the urge to EAT what you smelled. One of the great achievements we learn when we are DETERMINED enough. You did it!!! Congratulations. You will do it again too I bet! Keep up the good work and you will continue to see the tape measure continue to drop and the scales will start to tell you "unbelievable" THINGS!! Things that we have not been able to acheive in our wildest dreams. Then.............
all of a sudden it just isn't you who is noticing the weight coming off but all your friends and rellie's too! Great for your morale.

had the family christmas thing on sunday - the child bride and i are running away to yamba for the hols. alllllll by ourselves yay.
the food- we supplied the whole deal so i cant complain but it was very difficult with chocolate and chips abd nuts - not to mention the potato salad and pasta salad and 4 different meats ( whoopps i mentioned it hahahaha- laughs maniacally)
i had my own piece of steak on the barby and weighed out the rabbit food.
got through it - then my brother in law comes over with a six pack and leaves behind 5. any other year they were toast. mmmmmmmm coke zero.
anyway- still pure and it is over for another year.
anyone else notice easter eggs and bunnies in the shops or am i just hallucinating.

got a new job- teaching diploma of welfare studies at a college in the valley. dream job, great hours great pay - the mad ceo at the last job obviously did me a favour. The new job also leaves me enough time to pick up my consultancy work again and start the MBA
will be a busy year.
anyway
you all have a good christmas and great new year- no more posts or weighins for me until january- i am going fishing
cheers, be good, if you cant be good be careful and if you cant be careful , be artistic - frame a friend

I totally agrree with knick, sometimes even if i eat baddy stuff and drink lots of water I don't gain and even can lose but you combine less or no water with bad stuff-it is the same as gluing a fat bag to my butt.So you only have 5 or 6 months left! cool deal!
