Hi all
Deviation free week (and on the 100hr challenge) New Starting weight: 67.6kg Week 4: 4 Nov - 67kg (loss 0.6kg) Week 5: 11 Nov - 65.5kg (loss 1.5kg) Amount left to lose to reach goal = 7.5kg Next week will show whether the changes Ive made in terms of switching meal order and eating more tuna is really making a difference. I started refeed on Saturday at 89.9, (1.4 lost since thursday) or todays weight is 89.1 (2.2 lost since last week)
Either way i am out of here, good luck to all you loosers and whom-ever gets the crown this week. |

Hi
I have also started refeed. Still 3.1 kg above Cohen's goal but needed to refeed for a variety of reasons. Going really well - 66.1kg today. That's a 1.1kg loss since last Thursday and beginning of refeed. |

Does that just leave me in here?? how very depressing - it would have given me a fighting chance at the crown this week except I GAINED 100g - d'free as well New Starting weight: 67.6kg Week 4: 4 Nov - 67kg (loss 0.6kg) Week 5: 11 Nov - 65.5kg (loss 1.5kg) Week 6: 18 Nov - 65.6kg (gain 0.1kg) Amount left to lose to reach goal = 7.6kg I was 64.9kg on Sunday so pretty disappointed. Well now that we have moved EDQ and cathbug into refeed land, yes danders it's all about you!!!!!
Mmmm... can't really give you the biggest loser crown though Next week you'll hopefully see a big loss, especially if you stay d'free. We all hit a plateau at some time or other, so don't let it effect you. Have a good one. LB x

Geez woman, you could have this finished by Xmas if you really set your mind to it. You will loose a good few kgs just by going back on plan, then the necessary d'free days pre refeed and then REFEED. Come on YOU CAN DO THIS.

Wow the club is running out of members - because everyone is graduating... Need to trawl through diaries and see who is close to eligibility!!
Am - aren't you doing a hike with Mumandnana soon? Need to be finished so you can eat enough to keep you going - AND so t counts as maintenance exercise. So draw a line under it, remember why you are doing it and get it done. It really tastes so much better over in maintenance land - much better than any deviation tastes You can do this - you just have to want it bad enough. Do you? I reckon so! |
