Welcome back Am and welcome Masita.. nice to have some company

Wow Mumandnana and LB... thanks for the encouragement. I know Im hanging around in here like a bad smell.. but Im really not deviating, it just looks like I am . I spoke with my clinic and as 63kg is the top end of my goal range Im going to order refeed at my next blood test, but unless I get desperate i will wait till after christmas to start it.

Deviation free week

New Starting weight: 67.6kg
Week 4: 4 Nov - 67kg (loss 0.6kg)
Week 5: 11 Nov - 65.5kg (loss 1.5kg)
Week 6: 18 Nov - 65.6kg (gain 0.1kg)
Week 7: 25 Nov - 64.9kg (loss 0.7kg)
Week 8: 2 Dec - 64.3kg (loss 0.6kg) (I was 63.7kg on Sunday)

Amount left to lose to reach goal = 6.3kg

Im totally focussed... still going with mixing up meals and changing my habits around.

have a great week all
Andi

Hello LOSERS
Results so far
Masita 8.2 to goal, d'free but a wee gain. (Don't be concerned poppet, you can't do anymore than being d'free, drinking all the H2O and ensuring food weights are accurate. It will happen and the next week may be a big one for you. Fingers crossed and a big request to send the GOFB (god of fat burning), who is a closely guarded secret and highly sought after....around to your house to visit you as you sleep.)
danders 6.3 to goal and a loss this week of 600g. Nice drop on Sunday
Biggest LOSER crown could be your again, let's wait to see where Am is until Fri am.

OK OK...... WHERE ARE YOU Am??

Morning ladies ! FOCUS FOCUS FOCUS, now what did I say ? THAT"S RIGHT FOCUS. How ? All needed food in your homes and prepared as much as possible, all non needed food and especially the foods that trip you up out of the house ( if loved ones object explain the problem and if they still don't agree ask them to take the trouble items and hide them from you and DON'T YOU DARE SEARCH FOR THEM !! ,) emergency supplies in your car when you leave home, correct amount of water consumed daily, get plenty of quality sleep, put off any non important socializing if you are feeling vulnerable, wait until you are strong, consciously watch for people who want to trip you up and for ones who don't realize what they are doing, watch that your food weights are correct, get out in the fresh air and sunshine as much as possible, have a hobby/hobbies that you love and that distract you when you have a moment of weakness, read diaries here, ask for help/ express your frustrations, remember this time will pass and successfully if you stay focused and dedicated. You will get finished and be able to move on.Have a great day XXXXX

Good morning Am,Danders, and Masita ! Are you 100% focused today ? Of course you are because you want to get finished Thursday is coming and I am keen to see who wears the crown this week !!! Remember you are about to burst through the finish line so it is a bit harder but very doable so all losses are cheered and very acceptable. DEVIATIONS ARE NOT but of course I know you wouldn't dream of that any more. See you all tomorrow.XXX

I am very focused now thank you M&N, Mum Chum & LB I can see the finishing line & I am determined to reach it asap without deviation...It is going to be a slow TOM's week but it does not bother me yet since I stop weighing myself everyday so we will see the damage on thurs.

There are temptations everywhere I go I just look at the food longingly (sometimes I even inhale deeply to enjoy the smell...hee hee) but I WILL NEVER DEVIATE I just want this to be over quickly so that I can enjoy them without any guilt. Actually I am more worried about gaining it all back when I finally finish...ooohhhh all the food that I missed oohhh how I am going to eat thee!!!

Danders... WOW!!!! 39.5kgs lost already! Congrats! All the best on re-feed!!

Am...with so much love n encouragement here we can do it!!! Just need extra boost of will power (or girl power! hee hee!)

XoXoXoXo

I know this is almost a tongue in cheek comment, but it also contains a lot of truth. While you are so determined to be d'fee now, hopefully you are also focusing on how you will handle the foods you are dreaming of in maintenance. It really is a situation which can be frought with dangers as we suddenly let loose.
If you read the Maintenance diaries you will see many folk, concerned about their new behaviours especially when they were able to be so strict on plan.

The WONDERFUL thing is that the guidelines given for maintenance work in reigning in unwanted kgs. But it is very easy to then get into a binge/CMF binge/CMF cycle to keep the weight in control.
PLAN PLAN PLAN and strategise now - get to know your limitations and triggers.
You will gets lots of support and advise should you want/need it.

Masita I know you are very busy but if you can manage a tiny wee post it would ease my mind. But if that adds to the stress don't worry about doing it. I really hope you are doing everything you can to get enough rest.Have a lovely day XXX

Danders I hope all is well and that you are about to start re feed.Have a great day.XXX

Hi MandN and LB, thanks for all your encouragement, its very motivating to have a cheer squad
Im having a blood test today and refeed is on order. Im still not getting that hunger, but super tired and grumpy (some ppl report those as symptoms). Anyway, once I have refeed in hand I can decide when to start.

LB thanks for the advice re maintenance.. I have to admit Im scared.. no make that terrified of how I will go once Im free to choose what I eat. Im reading a lot of maintenance diaries and trying to come up with a plan before I get there. Ive also bought a couple of diet/self help books to start to get my head in the right place (on top of my neck maybe?)

Hey Am and Masita.. hope youre having a great day.
Happy Cohens
Andi

Part of my job is problem solving on the phone with elderly clients. I found myself going to sleep during their phone calls while trying to work out how to handle their problems . Also had a nap at lunch time - just to tide me over, and was told (after maintenance) that I had been grumpy - something out of the ordinary for me, so it was obvious to my workmates that it was TIME!
