So glad to have you back Carriedoll and LilDoll and everyone else who is sticking with this challenge.

In fact, i have a ramp it up idea for any of us who are past the initial large drop on scales from first few days by Monday 29 August - so i think that includes all of us.

Lets aim to lose the next 5kg in 3 weeks from our next weigh in on Mon 29 Aug - so thats an average of 1.66kg per week = very doable if we are super goodytwoshoeses. Anyway, i am in, summer is coming at least in Australia, lol, and all those hot summer clothes are calling to us in little cute and tempting sizes. And lets all check in here more often and ramp up the enthusiasm and yes we can do it attitude!

21 days of 100% and who knows we might even surprise ourselves and lose between 5 and 8kg - drop a dress size here we come! Pandora

Come on and jump into the middle of the playing field and see who wins our 3 week challenge within a challenge! Pandora

No move on the scales for me this week probably due to the steroid meds i am taking so I am happy with that as i didnt have a 100% perfect Cohen week (i will from now on tho) and i refuse to be negative about the weight on the scales subject EVER again! I love my body as it is and as it will be.

Gotta go as i am hectic busy at work right now and i will check in later today to see how everyone else did! love and kisses to all, Pandora

I could hit myself on the head yesterday. I have the same weight as the prev - 66.2kg. You know what this means? If I did not actually ate mooncakes and more fruits yesterday, I might be already in 65kg range!!!!! Tom is going to come soon so I can only expect good losses after TOM!

Why did I do that yesterday!!!!!!

Thank you Carrieanne for posting the results and yes i am SO busy but hubby is even busier and stretching himself a tad thin with unexpected staff issues, plus final end of June balance the books for previous business owners (he was their general manager).

I get to pick up the pieces around the edges AND fill in the blanks and also i am still not 100% Cohens as i find myself having to plan, replan, change direction daily.

Hmm, i am even considering allowing and accepting me as i am as i am constantly being told daily that i look amazing, i look years younger etc etc etc. I am normal BMI and size 10 (and 56 yrs old !!!) and dressing way better, business suits, shirts etc, better grooming and i know that has lifted my self esteem. I know that years and years of struggle to be thin, to be size 8 again had impacted my self esteem and i had too much time on my hands and explored EVERY diet.

Now, i am free of all that and i even wonder if me trying to redo Cohens with 5 hr rule, measure ALL food, deny even broccoli etc is silly. I know Cohen works first time around but i even wonder how many of us are able to redo it AND keep the weight off.

Oh well didnt know i'd say so much but my decision is in the balance as my life, world, financial position, outlook, full time work, now company director, fast, fast, fast has taken over from the old me that didnt feel enough unless i as skinny! I feel lots of self love and self appreciation and i even wonder if thats what many of us are really looking for rather than weight loss.

I think i will copy this into my diary too so its an update from me. Best wishes to all, Pandora

Hi Katie,

I am into week 2 back on my old plan. So far it is working for me. I had a good loss in the first week and I haven't been too hungry. I have been starting to get hungrier the last couple of days though. I think I might try early refeed weights next week and see how I go. Ifigure that if I cut out the crap and stick to cohens food, even if it is a bit more of it, I am still going to lose.

I didn't want to get on the scales either. I still haven't admitted on here just how much weight I have put back on. I'm breaking my journey up into smaller goals this time. My first aim is to lose 10 kgs and then I will see what happens after that. It can be so daunting to look at the whole amount so I decided to just concentrate on a little at a time.

It is hard to get going again, but once you get back into the swing of things and find out what will work for you things will be great. There are a few of us in the same boat and we are all here to encourage each other. We will cheer you on too.

Rach xxx

stay true to plan if you can for two weeks or at least as long as you can -and if you go crazy hungry do early refeed-like rach says it is 100% cohen food commitment - I couldnt weigh either when i hugely fluffed out in may june-july i went back on plan without weighing and just measured my fluffy ness with tight jeans- i thought i had gotten up to 74-75 but when i weighed after 3-4 weeks on plan -iweighed 72.5 , so that meant to me i had probably topped out at 76 or 77. I say total commitment to old plan until you are sure that it is the plan and not the person which isnt doing what it is supposed to do.

Thanks Carrieanne and Rach, I will bite the bullet, face the music on Monday and stay 100% on plan. Tomorrow will be about getting organized. I felt so fantastic at goal weight........ but so, so disappointed in myself for being the way I look and feel now.
Thinking positively, tomorrow is the worst I am going to ever feel again.... each day foward will take me closer to the place I love to be...............SLIM!!!!!
Well done Rach on a great first week and Carrieanne......... lol.........I can guarantee its the person who is in question!!!
