Oh dear, the socializing issue. You poor thing. I just tell people that my Doctor has put me on a strict meal plan for health reasons. End of Story, change the subject! Besides, it's the truth. If someone is going at you like it's the Spanish frickin inquisition, and they want to know the ins and outs of a rats ass, then I would probably tell them to make an appointment with the clinic!!!!! Otherwise, I flip the conversation around to a positive and tell them what I can have. Then quickly change the focus off you to them! Works for me and I never met a person that didn't like to talk about themselves! Hugs Andie

Same here, I had a fb stalker! I basically am not on any social media, not even twitter or LinkedIn. I don't even post my face on what's app. Just remember why you are on the plan and who you are doing it for.

Oh no Vex not you too. That's exactly why I don't spacebookatweetagram thingy anymore either. Just too many nut bags coming out the wood work, ya know.
I agree with you about remembering who you are losing weight for.
I'm feeling a song coming on "Sisters are doin it for themselves" woohoo!!!

Morning everyone

Hope you had nice losses! I'm slimmer with a whole 1.5kgs. Oh and total loss this far, around the biggest part of me, the tummy, 20.5cm to date.

Must say went away with friends over the weekend to a nature reserve and I managed just fine.

Come girls post the weights, can't wait to be happy with you.

Hi - just weighed in at 103.5 kgs today, so another loss - woohoo!
TTOM came for me this week, so I'm not sure how I will go this week. Had a major craving for chocolate today and then caught a glimpse of my break out pimples on my chin and reached for the water!
I have found that the cramps are not too bad, but the headaches are excruciating. Will dose myself up with painkillers.
So I have managed to kick this challenge in the behind already with a total loss of 5 kg. Am keen to see just how much I can do in 4 weeks so best of luck everyone. I will check in again next Monday with my results from this week.

In fact, I was just reading some of Koh's Classics, and it struck me that I was around 68-69 prior to my pregnancy 5 years ago. Could that be why my body is so stubborn aboutletting go of the fat?
Would any of you know how to budge such stubborn fat? I'm really worried

Hi Firecrystals,
Don't give up sweetheart. There are a few things you can do.

Go back and read your through your program again just to make sure that you are doing everything that you're supposed to. For instance, you may not be waiting long enough in between meals and inadvertently mixing proteins, or dairy might be to blame so try a week without it, you could be on autopilot when you're in the kitchen cooking for loved ones and don't even realize that you're popping things in your mouth.

Are you drinking lots of water?

Can I suggest that you to keep a food diary to track everything you eat. Make sure you weigh everything and double check weights with your plan. I keep mine on the fridge for easy reference.
Above all else, don't lose hope, trust in the program and the weight will shift. Every body is different and you never know, you might have a record loss very soon! One week your body might be adjusting and then the next week - bam, you've lost!
So please don't be too discouraged, hang in there. It's only a matter of time before the weight starts to go.

Wow great loss girl, you go.

Fire crystal

I'm not sure how many times you opt for cheese but try cutting that to the minimum. Change your groups around biggest for brekkie, smallest for supper. And make sure you have all your water and at least an apple.
