Only 500g for me this week - down to 86 and 14 to go. Bad week for me and looking forward to a much more of a shrinking week ahead.

68.7kg today.. 600gm loss last week.. better than nothing 10.7kg to go.. hope to get under that 10kg mark this week.

I am 600g away from joining you in the 20kg or less to loose club so hopefully I will be able to start posting here soon.
I am amazed at what motivation joining a thread on this forum can be. I haven't be a prolific poster before now but I read everyday.

Hello people, I am back and there was no change to my weight since my last weigh-in 2 weeks back. Obviously because I didn't stick 100% to Cohens but did the best I could through out. I still weighed 71.4 this morning.

Good news because there was no gain. But bad news because I missed out on 2 weeks of 1+kg loss. Should have already entered the 60s by now if I hadn't gone on that trip!

For Freddie - CONGRATULATIONS on your graduation to the 10kg club. I know you will shine over there and have nothing to fear from their VKA boots & whatever other means of torture they threaten to use, as you will sail thru there as you have here. You are an inspiration.

You are going out with a BANG - 2.4KG in a week. That is massive. Congratulations again. (Oh and I heard a whisper that you are now ... shhhh "normal"). Double congratulations!!!

No graduation - Sorry guys, work is so flat our at the moment that I have barely been on the computer, far less up date my diary or change my ticker from the other day. I haven't even been on the scales. I will definetly post next week with my results.

at 20kg to go
start weight is 104.9
Sunday morning weight (nekked mind) is 103.2
loss for week 1.7
to go go goal 18.3kg

ticker will nor reflect as the ticker is official clinic weight and is not updated weekly
