You are so right SSD everyone's experience is different. I don't think many have it all just drop off near the end of the program and you get frustrated but if you look it is still moving which is the main thing.
It will be happening for you real soon probably before you log back on so will be looking forward to your refeed diary
Cheers
Wendy

Hi I'm back early.

I wasn't going to post until next week but I had a blood test yesterday and they are going to order my refeed. YAAAAY.

Getting very hungry now and my energy is a bit down so they said its definitely time. I think also because of my work they understand that I need to have plenty of energy to treat my clients.

I should be down to just over 61kg by the time I go in next week. Hopefully Thursday or Friday as it takes 3 days to get blood results then it has to be sent off to do refeed by Dr Cohen.

They did ask me if I wanted to use last blood result so I could get refeed earlier but I want to do it all the right way and said no I'll go on what my body chemistry is now. Haven't got this far to do a half job. Though it was tempting!!!

TOM still hasn't come so as usual back of my mind I'm thinking am I ..... Will hang in there and see what this whackadoodle body is doing.

Chat next week.

Hi Wendy

Thankyou for posting on my diary.

I got refeed yesterday soooooo relieved. 16 days only, they said they haven't seen one that short before so maybe I needed this.

Last weekend was bad for me I was having dizzy spells, Periods haven't come so 10 days overdue, bad moods snappy never been like that in my life I'm pretty laid back usually so bit of a shock to my internal self. I felt like I was starving and not in the hungry way I just felt, hard to describe but, undernourished. I took all my vitamens drank my water with the celtic sea salt had all the food I'm supposed to but I was a mess. I decided to refeed earlier from my Mums refeed section. I know we're not supposed to but I had bowens and massages booked in for the week and I figured I was only 4 days away from doing the refeed anyway. Within the 1st day I was so much calmer. I upped my protein and veges as per her refeed but kept crackers the same and my fruit I had blueberries at night as added onto my plan. I am now feeling a 100% better and my weight is now shifted down to the 61.3kg mark. I'm supposed to be 61kg but not sure if not having my periods is mucking it up. Just happy I'm back to losing.

Will start a refeed diary to guage how I'm going. There were slight differences on the weight of protein and vege for the first 4 days but everything else was the same as what I was doing and now on 5th day it matches up so will start from the 5th day.

As I said before don't take my story as normal. Some people breeze through to refeed and others have a topsy turvy journey but its only been in the week to 10 days that I felt not so good so its not a forever thing and thankgod I have a very understanding family. Probably best to warn close family as to what may come as they are going through this journey with you wether you think they are or not. They have to put up with the moods the not going out the restrictions etc etc. Change can be hard for everybody and I think that's what we have to remember when we do Cohens we aren't the only one in the household going through the changes.

On that note.... good luck everyone its been a journey and I'm so estatically happy and cant wait to see what life brings.

Awesome job SSD will be following your refeed journey
Lucky you having such a small one
Good that you had your mothers refeed to go off and good to know you identified that was needed or God knows how sick you could have ended up
