Hi Fuzzy,

You are getting so close to goal! Good luck with the last 8kgs, I definitely think it gets harder as you get closer because you start to daydream about life on the other side.

Try and enjoy this last little bit if you can, maintenance will come soon enough.

Hello Fuzzy,

I've just read through your diary and wow! I am amazed at how well you've done! I love the way you're thinking about maintenance as you get closer to goal, not seeing it is the end of the journey, but a continuation. This is inspiring me to accept that getting to goal will take as long as it takes, and that the real reward will be having a different relationship with food. Thank you!

Weigh in at 69.7 today. Unbelievable to break that 70 mark. Never been at that level in my adult life. So weird. I am overjoyed.

While the losses are slowing down by week now, I've started using the opportunity to play around with exercise.
Started walking/running about 2-3 times a week with a 5km on the weekend. Really helping at the end now.

Only 4.7kg to go and there's a longer also fun journey ahead of experimenting with the healthier thinner me. Can't wait.

Hi, Fuzzy!! Wow wow wow! You are such an inspiration! What an accomplishment! It's also so nice that you and your partner were able to do it together. Any updates on your partners loses?

You are so close to the end! I can only wish and hope to get there soon. I'm on my 2nd round, never finished first - stopped after reaching my own personal weight loss goal.
I am going to try to follow your example this time around.

She weighs in tomorrow, had class this weekend.

Thanks. Hoping I can stay strong, it's such a rollercoaster emotional journey.

Going away on a work conference this week, hoping to stay on track so I get there faster.
Feeling tired today, but Sunday is prep day so after all the prep I'm super tired.

Hi Fuzzy,

You are on the home stretch now. Good luck with those last few kilos. You sound very organised and planned so I'm sure you will manage to stay on track despite going away with work.

Incredible achievement!

After a ghastly day yesterday wanting to chew my arm off, had a much more pleasant but still difficult day today.

I'm hoping it's just those one or two days in a month that's hard and not the start of something a little more consistent.
Mind still focused, I find the best days, weeks and months are those that just fly by.
I am travelling for work for 3 days now and then on holiday for a week so really looking forward to the downtime.
Yay!

I have jut read your entire diary & you are doing so well.
I started at 92.9 kg on 4/2/16 & usually weigh 4 weekly but just had to weigh yesterday on week 11 & I am down to 75.1 kg. Goal is 58-61. I agree some days are just terrible but I am determined not to give in.I know if I go off track that will be the end for me.
Keep up the excellent work Fuzzy.
I look forward to reading more of your journey.

Morning all. Been pretty quiet trying to finish off and keep my mind on plan. Been a bit of a Rollercoaster ride for me but on Monday I called in and said I'm done let's order refeed. Weighed in at 68kgs today vs a goal weight of 65 and I'm good with that. So today is my first day of refeed and this is where the rest of my life begins....so happy. From 116.9kg to 68.1kgs losing a total of 48.8kgs. So proud and so happy.

All going well. Still losing on refeed and only one small wobble.
Day 7 out of 18 and still not really feeling full yet.

Great news all is going well Fuzzy! I am only a couple of days behind you myself (refeed day 5 today). I was initially trying to go a little lower but in the end I just needed more food. I know what you mean about not feeling full yet. But I'm determined to see this to the end. Good on you Fuzz!

Well done girls.

Remember all scales are different. I swapped my scales at the end of the plan so on my old set (which I wasn't using at the end) I reached my goal weight yet on my new set I was still had a kg or two to lose. Everyone also loses differently on refeed - some will lose a couple of kg where others only lose a few hundred gms, the main thing is to complete it correctly.

it will be interesting to read your posts at the end and see whether you are full or not

Have a good weekend
WB
