Well, haven't reported in to this for some time......apologies Kristine if it makes your life difficult......but here goes with what data I have. i have taken this challenge as more of a clothes sizing challenge than a weight one, and as I weigh fairly sporadically, it's not much to go by.

As of yesterday we have this........64.2kg, have no idea how much lower that is from the start of this challenge, but the main thing is this, those size 10 skinny leg jag jeans that are my goal for this challenge......well, today they are what I'd call a comfortable fit.......they are skinny anyway, so tight around legs, as they should be, but button done up, I can breathe comfortably, and there is little to no muffin top at all......just a fair amount of squished loose skin......fortunately it doesn't fall over the top of the jeans, they are high enough in the rise to compensate, and that'd be the only complaint, but the loose skin I am unable to do much about except to wear a girdle perhaps........thinking I'm a bit young for that though......OK all you younguns, zip it!!!!!!!!

Very good report from me all in all!!!!!

Start weight was 98kg
week 1 was 96kg
week 2 was 95kg.
Week 3 94kg
Week 4 93kg
Week 5 92kg
Week 6 91kg

7kg lost so far. No way am I going to hit 10kg loss in this challenge, but thats ok. Was a 7 week challenge for me as I started at the end of the first week, so I was aiming for 9kg.
The important thing is that its coming off
and by the end of this month I will be tourniqueting size 14 jeans lol. So thats exciting.
Will have to try my dress on later today, and see what goes there, since I finally lost some cm from my bust area. So will report back on my progress with that later.
Hope everyone else is doin awesome at this challenge.

Cheers

Just tried my size 16 dress on and its too big around the waist, and bust now, is still a bit tight around the thigh area, but I have decided to retire it. I did find a whole storage box of clothes that I have never worn, some still with price tags on, looked at some size 16 slacks and 3/4 length pair of pants and thought no way they will do up... surprise surprise they fit easy, so am really pleased with how today is going.

Righto, couldn't figure out where 8 weeks had gone, but the dates are wrong! So week 7 update, loss of 900g. Happy enough, not deviating so can't do anymore than I'm currently doing. Current weight 60.7kg.

Ahh, wow, all you people are awesome. Great losses.......congratulations!!!!

I've been so slack with weighing and vigilance, I've just kind of gone by those jag jeans of mine.......which 7 weeks ago I couldn't get the legs up, I'm now wearing them today!!!!! Love it.

Start weight was 98kg
week 1 was 96kg
week 2 was 95kg.
Week 3 94kg
Week 4 93kg
Week 5 92kg
Week 6 91kg
Week 7 90.4kg

Total loss for this challenge 7.6kg.

Had a slow week this week, wonder if it was that black swan yoghurt... Just incase it is the cause I have switched back to the yoplait yoplus, even though its not as yummy. I would rather have the loss on the scales each week.
didnt get the 9kg I was aiming for, but kinda knew going in I would not reach that as after the first 4 weeks I have not lost more than 1kg a week. But am happy with my loss, and those size 16 jeans are loose around the waist and bum area and I have to keep hitching them up when I walk in them, so I am all good with where I ended up in this challenge.

yeah I know thats why I freaked out when I saw it, but the clinic assured me it was ok, however I have decided to stick with the not so nice yoplus... lol
maybe when I get to the magical world of maintenance I can handle the black swan yoghurt.

Loss this week was 1.1kg. Quite thrilled with that!

Total loss was 8.6kg over the 8 weeks. At the beginning I posted saying I didn't expect to lose 10 but would be stoked to get into the 50's, well it happened this week so here goes, 'stoked as!

Ok, well I'm quite slack on this one, I haven't kept weekly records because as most of you realise I don't weigh weekly, so my sketchy data is a follows:

Week 1 - 69.0kg Size 10 Jag jeans......can't get up the legs
Week 3 - 67.3kg
Week 5 - 66.3kg
Week 7 - 64.2kg
Week 9 - 63.7kg Jag jeans fit and worn in public!!!!!!

Now I know there wasn't a week 9, but i didn't have data for week 8 so I went a week ahead......not trying to cheat, but as you can see my losses over this period pretty dismal, 5.3 in 9 weeks.......but, for me the point of the exercise was to be able to fit the jeans I set out to get back into........MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!!!!!

Think I felt a bit of pressure with this challenge for some reason. Maybe it's because I don't weigh often enough or that i knew my losses were rotten.......I don't know, but anyway, feel a bit relieved it's over!!!! Time did go by pretty quickly I guess!!!
