Hi JemHa! I agree with Andie. Don't beat yourself up. It will just make you feel more demotivated. Just think of your deviation as a treat prior to your actual journey. And leave the past behind. Just keep going for a week or two and you'll realized how far you've been.
Hope this helps you. I've been a naughty girl too, I deviated a lot on my first month. We can no longer undone it but we can move forward. Just a suggestion, you may want to prepare your meals for 1 week so during the time that you're not feeling well, you still have something to eat without getting too exhausted. You may need to take vitamins to keep your immune system strong. Praise yourself each meal you did not deviate, just take one meal at a time, take it slow, enjoy and you'll get there in no time.

If it wasn't clear to me before, it is now...our minds are the key to physical transformation.
After something 'clicking' for me back in January of this year and drawing me to Cohen's once more, I lost sight of my goals and myself after only 8 weeks. I repeatedly 'crashed the bus' since the end of February until just last weekend - beating myself up emotionally and spiraling all the while. I've had my 'click' moment once again and I'm honouring that but drawing a line in the sand on my prior progress and starting my stats fresh. Check-in for Week 1...25/04/2015 Weight: 105.2kg Bust: 110cm Waist: 89cm Paunch (Lower Abdomen): 114cm Hips: 125cm Thighs: 64cm Arms: 34.5cm Weight: 102.3kg (2.9kg loss) Bust: 107cm Waist: 88cm Paunch (Lower Abdomen): 115cm Hips: 123.5cm Thighs: 63.5cm Arms: 33cm **2.9kg weight loss and 6.5cm loss over entire body since 24/04/15**

Weight: 103.6kg (1.3 kg gain) Bust: 107cm Waist: 88cm Paunch (Lower Abdomen): 113cm Hips: 122.5cm Thighs: 64.5cm Arms: 33.5cm Not a great week this week - a bit of backwards movement in both weight and scales. I attribute this to being sick all week and not having the appetite to eat enough and at the right time. Week 5 = a better week

Hi Jem- I'm reading your diary and feel your pain, I'm starting out again, I'm on week 1 and reading through this reminds me of my thoughts and feelings. Its such a mental battle with ourselves but I hope you are ok and make sure you keep going, you have people here who cant wait to see you succeed!
