3 Months till Christmas!!!
I am happy today, a nice drop of 1.1 kg and my biggest cm drop ever 8.5 !!!! I'm totally amazed. I'm having my last blood test today and ordering my refeed because I'm within 2 kg of my goal range. The hunger has gone away though for the time being so I'll keep going on plan for as long as possible. x loulou

Hi Aj and LL
You ladies are doing so well and are great examples to any one wanting to loose weight with grace! I have just caught up with your earlier conversation. I agree. When I reached the high end of my target I thought "no way" I want to loose more, a lot more. My weight loss started to slow down, I was cold and moody and then realised that this is fine. I started refeed. In the beginning I thought it was a cop out, that I did not have the strength or discipline to carry on to the end. And I was hard on myself, but now I am at ease. I think people also hang on to the initial part of the programme because it is so safe and regimented. Refeed is new and scary and to go on to it one once again have to get out of ones comfort Zone. I realize that when I was 56kgs (5 years ago) I was not happy with my face and body anyway. So it is not my body thing (weight) it is my brain thing. I look healthy now and I feel like I am at a good place, not too thin. My only goal now is to finish refeed and maintain this for a life time. Just my thoughts on it. Take care H |

Congratulations H- you've officially won the Romp to Refeed.
I'm not quite sure where everyone else has gone...Moony seems to have fallen off the forum, Maxi's only made a couple of posts and then disappeared, Pandora's doing her own challenge, Jacqui is out there somewhere. So AJ it's just you and me! My refeed has been ordered, I can't wait to have a look at it, but I an wait to start it. x Loulou

I'm down another kilo this week, and reasonable cm losses. I'm losing some of the loose skin fat on my upper arms and midriff, so happy to continue a bit longer. Absolutely no hunger yet.
Thanks for your thoughts, AH. Congratulations on winning the race to refeed. I'd be very pleased to start refeed if I had any signals, as I'd love to be finished by The Wedding. However, I don't think that's likely to happen, so will have to make the best of it. I am a bit bored with the diet by now and looking forward to the new challenges of refeed and maintenance. Maybe there are some others who would like to join this thread and start their own challenge within it. AJ

Back again to do it all over again, starting from exactly the same weight as last time. My health is not good and my doctor is predicting all sorts of nasty things if I don't lose weight. What else do I do? I help people make money and I help people save money. Please take a look at http://www.acnlinks.clancie.com.au/ |
