Hi all,
My stats for week 2 1/2/10: 122.4 8/2/10: 121.9 Total Loss = 0.5 kg I am not deviating but lost only 0.5kg this week. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I must say I feel quite disheartened and teary, especially knowing I've stuck religiously to the program and it's not my TOM. I'm drinking at least 3 litres of water every day. I have not had anything I shouldn't and I'm fanatical about weighing everything exactly. I eat at the correct intervals. I have not always had all 4 crackers or 2 pieces of fruit but I do most days. Sorry to vent, but really am feeling quite low. Hubby is losing well. We eat the same meals, just the amounts for our own program.

Hi Emjay, i did Cohens before and some weeks had great losses and other weeks only half a kilo like you got this week, but normally when it was a small loss one week the next week or definately one after was a big drop, i know it is disheartening, but stick to it and all of a sudden you will get a nice surprise.
Stick with it you watch it will work |

Wow what amazing losses!! That is awesome and well done! Emjay thank you so much for your encouragement last week, I really appreciate it. You hang in there you are doing so so well, and you will get amazing results! My weight this week was 77.9kg Which is down .6kg. I am very slow this week too as I had a terrible week stress wise so it can only get better from here on!!! I am so amazed with you all what a great inspiration Talk soon Karyn |

Emjay, going by your stats you have lost 11kg in 3 weeks. I have taken 9 weeks to lose 11kg so dont be disheartened. If anyone should be it should be me LOL.

You are all doing great, where else could you lose that 11kg in just 3 weeks, it is amazing and you should be proud of yourself, and it can only keep going, even if some weeks are slow. Stress does not help but like someone wrote on my entry a loss is a loss, at least we did not go up, we jut hope for a bigger drop i figures next week

Hi everyone - you are all going so well!
Starting weight: 76.9 kg Week 2 weight: 75.3 kg Goal: 66.9kg So 1.6kg down. I am sick ATM so hoping that won't slow me down too much... If anyone finds themselves with a 'small' loss or feels they are plateauing, PLEASE read Shanara's thread about plateauing - it is brilliant and it was true for me one week back there. I am going to try really hard not to weigh myself until next Sunday or Monday. I have been weighing daily and I really need to stop!!!

I hear what you're saying, but don't forget it makes a difference how much you have to lose in the first place. I need to lose over 80 kilos so I would hope the beginning will be pretty fast lol.

Feb 1, 2010 - weight 89kg Feb 8, 2010 - weight 87.7kg a 1.3kg loss so I am quite pleased P |

My stats for week 3 1/2/10: 122.4 8/2/10: 121.9 15/2/10: 120.3 Loss This Week = 1.6 kg Total Loss = 2.1 kg A better week this week. Thank god because I needed to see a result lol. I hope you're all thrilled with your results. We're all doing GREAT
