Hi All
Hope all is well, I am finally starting to go on the downward trend again at the moment
Start weight 92.7 (10/6/13)
Week 1 - 92.3(-.4) = 14.7 to go
Week 2 - 90.5 (-1.8 ) = 12.9 to go
Week 3 - 89.5 (-1.0) = 11.9 to go
Week 4 - 88.1 (-1.4) = 10.5 to go
Week 5 - 89.1 (+1.0) = 11.5 to go
Week 6 - 87.8 (-1.3) = 10.2 to go

I forget when this challenge finishes but I will not make it to what I had set myself but as long as I lose a few more kgs I will be happy. I think we might still have 4 to 5 weeks to go for the end of the challenge so if so maybe if I could loose another 5kgs would be great.

Ok So I know I can't get a ribbon for this "because I went on holiday and deviated" but I want to see if I can do this still "motivation here"

Finally got a chance to update, hit the 20kg down mark this week...yay!
10 weeks in and 1/3rd the way done already, very happy with that!

Taking my son to swimming lessons tomorrow and I'll be wearing stylish size 16 boardshorts instead of the giant ugly (black and white polka dot! ugh!) size 22 boardshorts I was wearing back in June!!

Start weight: 125.5kg Goal weight: 110.5kg
Week 1 = n/a
Week 2 = n/a
Week 3 = 120.2kg (5.3kg loss)
Week 4 = 117.0kg (3.2kg loss)
Week5 = 115.5 (1.5kg loss)
Week 6 = 113.5kg (2.0 kg loss)
Week 7 = 112.0kg (1.5 kg loss)
Week 8 = 108.7kg (3.3 kg loss)
Week 9 = 106.2kg (2.5 kg loss)
Week 10 = 105.2kg (1.0 kg loss)
