Hi sorry am late.... couldn't was busy yesterday.
Bern Goal: 55kg lose 7.4kg Reward: Start refeeding Start Weight 29 Apr: 62.4kg Week One 6 May: 61.2kg (-1.2kg) Week Two 13 May: 60.8kg (0.4Kg) Week Three 20 May: Week Four 27 May: Week Five 3 June: Week Six 10 June: Total Lost: -1.6 This week wasn't the best. Guess that's what happens when you deviate. Back into it since Tuesday. I am yet to make up my mind about my goal weight 55 or 57? So for the moment work with 55 so I am 5.8kg's from goal. Bern

Thanks WSM - and congrats to you and everyone on the challenge. I'm actually a bit surprised so I'm getting blood test to make sure my thyroid hasn't flipped! I also realilse that 10kgs is a massive challenge for 6 weeks to Cohenites that are well into their weight loss.
Just learned from M&N how to do these emoticons - so here we go! Hope noone gets seasick. CONGRATULATIONS EVERYONE!
