Mark there are worse things to be annoyed about Sell 'em on eBay when they are too big.

Hey here's an idea - don't bother taking the tags off your transition clothes, keep the receipt and take them back and swap for the next size when you out shrink them!!

not really annoyed eh. i just give them to lifeline- cant take them back- being a short ars fat bstrd i have to have the hems taken up significantly so they might look a little strange on the rack at target
almost to a stage where it is possible to find clothes that fit me at op shop so that is the plan
always happy to accept donations hehe

i am going to put the following in my diary as i am a strong beleiver in what i am saying- i do not intend to repeat myself again.
I beleive that excess water is dangerous and people should be very careful, but as we are all adults i leave it to others to decide to do their own research. What i say below is based on research and fact
please be aware with water- there is no scientific evidence that drinking large amounts of water is helpful. It will , however, flush out vitamins and minerals ( this is why sportsmen drink electrolytic soutions to replace fluids). It is vitally important that if you are increasing water volume and you notice increaSED VOLUME OF URINATION you must increase vitamin and mineral supplements. The loss of these essentials can result in sugnificant problems e.g. cramps, headaches . fits etc

on a personal note- i never go over two litres and regularly drink only one litre per day - i regulate by being aware of thirst and feelings of hunger ( as we know it is often the case that hunger is really our bodies telling us to drink)

Hi McPsych, I think each body is its own universe, if I don't do 3 liters even on maintenance I can tell a difference in skin etc. I eat a lot of salt though so I think that may help me.I also drink a ton of tea-one good thing that I have gone off of somewhat are diet sodas. Now if I could just get rid of my saccharin addiction...sorry to hear about your target pants(Tarshjay for the posh) that means you did not buy them tight enough, I have some jeans I bought at the end that I also only wore for two weeks. Then I started only to buy pants that produced breathing difficulties and camel toe-piggy bank effect- normally that only lasted a few days and then I'd have nice fitting trousers. big hug and you are almost 50% done did you see that?

the first goal was big because i knew i could do that - it was only 10 more than what i lost in scotland before i returned to aus and put it all back on plus another 10
now the goals become stepped by 10 kg increments and timeframes- all much harder to do

There is a thread on here about that somewhere. It's about the need to replenish the chemical salts if you tend to drink too much water. It's been suggested that sea salts are a good way to replenish some of those needed elements.

And yeah, I knew the problems of being a short-legged barstool as well!

I know that now I have cut down my water to no more than 3lt a day and more often than not 2.25lt (3x750ml) that my cramps are almost gone and now I may get one every 2nd night or so instead of 6 a night. Too me that is pretty definitive that I was drinking too much water (5lt a day) and washing all the electrolytes out of my body. And hooray for you on your absolutely, amazingly incredible losses.

I have kept one pair of fat pants, I can now fit both my legs into one of the legs, very bizzare, maybe your clown shorts can be like those pants for you.

Wow, your diary is so motivating. I still struggle to think about being on this for such a long time, but you've done 20 weeks and mention that it's going really quick - that's awesome! Really great to read about someone going so well.
