Thank you so much Koh, angelbum and soon 2 b slim, I do feel really good and you know I am now even proud of myself ....because I spent the weekend away down in Acland Street StKilda and .....this is the bit I'm so proud about, I didn't even do the big 'D'. I took all my meals with me (pre made). When I booked our room I asked for a studio apartment just so I could have a little fridge and microwave to keep and prepare my food.
I could smell that smell of pop corn and fairy floss and all that type of stuff at Luna Park and I took a really good look in the window of the Acland Street cake shops and smelt all the wonderful smells of StKilda cafes and wait for it....I was happy just enjoying all the smells, it was wonderful. I just enjoyed the taste of the coffee and the smell of everyone elses food.
Completely deviation free. I have had the best weekend of all times.
I'll let you in on a secret though as soon as this stage of the program is over I will be heading to Acland Street for a bowl of pasta and a glass of wine...yes sir I will be...but in moderation of cause.
Oh what a wonderful weekend. By the way the Chris Isaak concert at The Palais was the most fantastic show and worth every penny.

what a good girl you are! well done babe. That must have been very hard with all those amazing smells - man, i thought I had a rough weekend smelling one b'day cake! he he.

You know that glass of wine and pasta you're going to have when you're off the program and in maintenance land - i bet it is going to be the best darn pasta you've ever had! And at this rate - you aren't too far away! I too am looking forward to some old favourites - but never as often as I used too - and only in moderation...won't it feel so fabulous to be control of those meals - rather than them controlling us!

Wow Skinny B, your diary is very bright, sparkly, fresh and inspirational! So positive and yes i see you did get a 2nd program - makes me feel happier about my deciding to as well.

I see we are the same height at 5ft 2in and i have 10kg to go with you with 9kg. I will be truly back on yr happy bus by end of next week on the way to yr lovely destination of "Oh what a feeling!"

One of my new favourite mantras is, I am living my dream! And another nutty idea of mine, sometimes i sing in my head that old Tina Turner song "I'm simply the best, da da da da, better than all the rest, better than anyone .... (make up yr own words cos i dont know the real ones, haha) " walking tall, strutting the stuff, feeling good, face first into the life we used to dream of and is fast becoming reality! Woohoo, the bus is speeding up can you feel it? Pandora

You go girl it sounds like you had a wonderful weekend and Luna Park I havent been down there to years I've been to the beach but I used to so love Luna Park. St Kilda is a beautiful place do they still have the side walk markets. Keep up the great weight lose not long to go and may the scales be very kind to you

Thanks S2B, Dannstar, Pandora you area classic....glad you like my diary,it's bit of a war story but well what can I say that's life, just got to keep picking yourself up and keep powering towards to goal, cause if we give up .... well what then??? Can't wait for you to get your program you'll feel so much better in a week or tow.
Julie, thanks for dropping in...yeah they still have the street market, did that too...so many very clever arts and crafts and so on.

My weigh-in results are 63kgs on the scales, and loss of 3.5kgs.
I was praying I would have a drop this morning but no, been sitting on 63 for three days, bet you it drops tomorrow.

Get this, the program is working, you know how I now, well this morning hubby called me Skinny Bineenie....god love him. WOW on fire.

10kgs down and 8 to go....I can't believe it!!
I feel fatastic, Refeed is not to far away now.

I am going to my Aunties 60th Birthday party tomorrow....imagine the food, omg, must stay strong!!! My dads family are Italian...there is going to be so much yummy food.
But I'll be good, I promise myself of that!!

I am very happy and proud to report I attended my Aunties 60th birthday party and I took my meals with me (lunch & dinner), I sat with the kids to eat and they didn't notice or say anything about me eating different food to them. My family is so used to me getting around with my meals now, that when my aunty saw me walk in with my cool bag she said, "Today is not the day to be on a diet but you do what you need to".
So I can say I had a fantastic day with my family and it was completely deviation free.
My Dad said to me "go on go and get yourself some cake", I just said to him, "No it's okay, I don't really feel like any", and that was it.

I am so proud of myself!
