Well after 6 months of being deviation free I fell off the bus last week. I ate a toasted sandwich, a snack block of chocolate and a few hot chips...on 3 separate days!! Lost 2kg that week and am now back on track and still losing. No idea why I lost so well, but am thankful I got past it all with no bad effects. Happily 100% on plan and feeling great. Can't wait to get rid of this final 15kg+ so that I can refeed and start maintaining!!

Just to let everyone know who is considering eating forbidden food....it tasted like nothing, no flavour, not what I had spent 6 months imagining or remembering. I was disappointed and yet relieved all at the same time. Our food is so tasty and yummy, I can't wait to get my tasty piece of steak or yummy chicken breast....

I think our tastes change when we eat such natural food. Hopefully that will make it easier to stay on plan

Red face Re: findingmeagain says it all...

OK I finally feel brave enough to post my before pics on here.

Please excuse the PJ's. [LEFT]These were taken the night before I started Cohens in early May. (OMG I am so embarrassed now that I look back) [RIGHT] And these are from tonight after a 48kg loss and 6mths, 3 weeks on Cohens.

Hi FMA,

Congratulations !! What a marvellous difference....

And congratulations, too, for reaching "the pointy end" - this is where the final sculpting takes place, and every Kg down seems to do so much more than it did earlier.

Buckle up, and be prepared for the ride of your life, FMA - the slide down to goal !! Keep taking lots of photos - and measurements... and keep that smile on your face too - it all helps !!

Rock on, darl,

Koh

And me? I'm a tall skinny-ish bloke (BMI ~25.5) and have been this way forever, so I haven't faced (weight-wise) what you all have !!

Great photos! How proud you must be. One of the things I love is how much younger you look. Isn't it great to be able to buy clothes in normal shops too!? Those last 15 will drop off I am sure! Cheers annie.
