Wow Jenny! You must be on such a high!!! Almost in double digits and with a gorgeous new dressing hanging in the wardrobe ready for you to make your appearance as a spunky double digits girl at the wedding! At the rate you're going it'll probably be starting to get too big for you by the time the wedding comes

I'm sure you'll have a wonderful trip! You sound so organised which I'm sure will make it a breeze... just save your chewy allowance for the day when you visit your Grandma by the sounds of it *laughs* YUM!

So happy for you

Congratulations on passing halfway, Jenny. Now watch that kilos to go number move down to zero.

All contracts are six months in Australia. You can go beyond that but it's up to your clinic as to how they charge you. Most charge only for additional visits. Your refeed is part of your original contract even if beyond the six month period.

Default Week 13 and a bit!!!

Hi all, back from townsvile last night had a fantastic weekend with my family and friends. Everyone was super surprised at my weight loss and were all very encouraging and can't wait to see me at christmas!!!!!

This morning I jumped on the scales and I must admit was a little worried as I have been 95% good whilst up in Townsville. I didn't eat anything that wasn't cohens. I just didn't get to weigh my food so I guessed..I think I did okay. I just had 1 & 1/2 glasses of champers.....My water intake wasn't that great. So I cheated a tiny bit...but my strength to walk past all the beautiful desserts and wedding cake I am very proud of. Noone pressured me to eat anything I couldn't have so am pleased with the weekend. My strength to continue 100% is as good as the day I started as the scales today told me

I'M A DOUBLE DIGITS GIRL......99.9KG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Am very happy about that, so since my last weigh in I have lost 1.2kg which is just over a week since I weighed. I am going to be a fish today sloshing around in water....hehe I am nearly though 1.25l of water already just what to flush out my system as much as I can!!!!!

Thanks so much for everyone dropping in, I hope to get around some diaries later today as it's back to work tomorrow.

I have added a pic of me and my hubby so you can all see my dress!!!! I felt great wearing it.

Have a great week

My huge water intake yesterday worked!!!!! I was hoping it might flush away my minor deviations over the weekend. I got on the scales this morning after 3 pitstops last night and a very good long sleep and a whole 1kg has disappeared so 98.9kg!!!!! Yay!!!!!!

Will wait till regular weigh day on Sunday to update my ticker for the week!!!!

Thanks for dropping by everybody!!!!!

I liked my dress to AJ I will be sad and happy when it doesn't fit me anymore!!!!

Have a great rest of the week

After reading another anti deviation thread....I feel very awkward about my post about my weekends minor deviations. I don't wish anyone to think I thought it was okay to do this.....It was my only brothers wedding and I was going to do what I felt at the time was ok.

I have the strength to continue 100% and always new I would. So I am prepared to cop any criticism thrown at me.....but I am going finish this no matter what.

With everything you've accomplished so far, Jenny, I really can't see anyone throwing anything but praise your way. I am so full of admiration of what you've done. When I started this, I felt so sorry for myself, and didn't think it was possible to accomplish it. And along came you, and showed how it's done! I admire you, so very much! And you did well at the wedding. You could have made so many bad choices, but you didn't. And now you're back 100% and you will finish this with flying colours and your head held high! So there!

Hi Jenny

No one could criticise anyone for losing over 30 kilo's in 3 - 4 months.
You are making a great change in your life and you are doing a fantastic successful job at it.

You know you can do it .. I am sure you have already seen such great changes in your body and attitude to eating and that really motivates you to keep going and find the skinny chick within !!

Well done and all the best with the rest of your journey !!

Stoddy

I understand how you feel about deviating at your only brother's wedding, Jenny. I've been worrying about deviating at my only son's wedding. I cannot think of any other occasion that I would deviate for, and I've been worrying about needing to do it. With luck, I'll now be on maintenance so won't have to deviate. Sometimes, very rarely, there are things that actually are more important than staying 100%.

Default Week 14

Well what a week....back to work and feeling very tired this week......feel asleep in the recliner nearly every night since we got back on Monday...hehe

Since I weighed on Tues morn I have lost 2.1kg...can't believe it

I am back 100% and it definately shows in those figures!!!! I still can't believe I'm a double digits girl....its been forever in my books since I've been there.

So many people can't believe that I have another 25kg+ to go to goal they all say there won't be much of me left....I can see where the weight is that has to go and I know you guys understand that!!!!!!!!

I am excited about fitting into size 18's...I have my sisters old clothes mostly 18's + 16's and am now getting most of the 18 pants on
I will be able to go to the regular clothes shops soon and not to mention the clothes are alot cheaper....good for the wallet.

I have to go into work this morning to do a very long time client of mines hair for her sons wedding...also said I'd do her mum and sisters hair to make it worth my while so a couple of hours work and some cash in my pocket.

Thanks to everyone for dropping by.....I must admit I have felt very uneasy about all the deviation posts this week......I think that everyone knows this program works if you are 100%.....some people just take a little longer to get in the right headspace and we should continue to support everyone in their individual journeys.

Well enough about that......I know the quickest way to the finish line and thats what I intend to do.......

Congrats on reaching refeed AJ your a real champ and great mentor for many people and I know you will do what you feel is ok for you sons wedding.

Thanks to AJ, Vee, Andy, StefB, Mette, Veronica, Stoddy for dropping by with all your awesome comments all of you are so sweet and kind.....I am finding it a real thrill that people find me a source of inspiration....it's a great motivator. All of you are doing so great.

Have a great week
