Thanks all for the well wishes.
Lily had her pups ( on the monday night - a week early - and was just dead on Wednesday morning. 5 of the pups were born dead and 2 more died since then but we have one doing really well on the bottle. Considering they were a week early she is doing really well and will be keeping 'Milly'. Still very sad as she was a great dog.
I have another ***** (???? Changed my type - but it's the correct word for a female dog!!) due in a few weeks too so am concerned but happy about that.

Apart from that: i finally finished the fencing, now just have to find a way to move the horse, My goats are kidding which means milking and making soap and feeding babies, No more days off work, and Ruby is almost walking. Thank goodness i've lost this much already and can keep up with it all.
I would love some more sleep!

No deviations, unless getting a dummy with bonjela on it 'shared' ie shoved in my mouth by DD.
Almost at the 20kg (gone) mark - hopefully for weigh in thursday (7weeks) if not more!

Hope everyone is doing well. Ed

Hey Ed,

Thanks for popping by my diary! Found a moment to read through yours and WOW, you're doing an amazing job! I know what you mean about being really busy - I have a 4 year old and a 7 1/2 month old. My girls keep me VERY busy! Apologies for the loss of your dog - it's awful to lose such a faithful friend. Awesome cake that you made for Ruby - I have the "licking my fingers" habit too and find I am still struggling with it!

I will keep an eye on your progress - I hope all goes well with the busy time ahead. Chat soon mate and keep up the awesome losses!

Vic

Thank Jazzi and Vic.
I know it's not my weekly 'ticker time' (i always hear that in the Rove Krud "twitter time" voice) but just had to update - 20ks in under 7 weeks!
Thats not a patch on Vic but she is flying through this and overtaking us all at this rate, share the joy.

AWESOME WORK ED!

Only .5kgs to go until halfway - lucky bugger! You deserve it, you've worked so hard! So how are you feeling? I bet you're able to have more fun with Ruby - I am able to do so much more now that I have shed some kilo's, I have so much more energy too! I can even play "What's the time Mr Wolf" and not feel like I'm gonna have a heart attack - LOL! Keep up the great work bud and I'll check up on you when I'm back from Victoria!

Woo Hoo - Over half weigh!!!!!!
Again - This has got to be the easiest diet going and is really more about conditioning the body and mind and knowing what does and does not cause weight gain/ loss.

I think what i really like about the diet (for me anyway) is that it is black and white - I know what i can and can't have but there is enough flexability (choose your meal options or line from that meal) that i don't feel totally dictated to. When i found the programme i knew it was the one for me although i did plenty of research into others before choosing, and i am not looking back.

My family are starting to say "thats enough, you don't need to loose any more" and i'm not stopping but they do make it harder when they don't understand.
On the up side more people are noticing and questioning.

Thanks all for dropping by and helping the journey along.
So long for now loosers,
Ed
