Well, i am up to 64.4kg after yesterdays rollercoaster ride, I also forgot to mentin that I was only able to get in 1 liter of water yesterday, between boss being around and running here and there, my throat being sore I wasn't able to get it all in. That is a prepoo postpee weight, I did a Sen tea last night so we shall see if there is any movement. Today I get some carbs. I am going to to some rice on top of my salad-it is the easiest since it is already cooked. Well I am going to go and mix some proteins- porky pig meets chicken little. Two white meats yay! |

Just before I had a Ken size poop, larger than a barbie size but still not what i would consider human, so i re weighed and i was 64.3 again-since i hadn't eaten breakfast and it was still post pee i am changing my ticker back to 64.3.

I was reading the thread on splitting or not to split the extra veg -protein-I think i am basically a non splitter of proteins and a sometimes splitter of veg today I am doing all extra veg and all extra protein for my midday meal. I want to stay in the habit of light suppers. The spanish traditionally have a very large midday meal at 2pm and then a light supper later in the evening between 8pm and 10pm, and when they eat the medidterrenean diet they are basically slim people. I dont get home from work till 8 so I think it would be beneficial for me to stay with original plan portions for dinner.

Wow carrieanne, you go girl!! You are doing so well on refeed. Can't wait to join you. I had some weight gain and I think it was all the stress from last week. Not much about 300g....oh well, I am doing what I have always done so I am just going to stay positive and continue!!!

I had rice, i had pork tenderloin, i had chicken, i had bread, i had tomato, i had lettuce, onion, cucumber, I had a banana. That was lunch. I had watermelon, yogurt,and bread for breakfast. So what is left for me today is an original cohens number 3 meal and two fruits from the original plan and a piece of bread. Drinking down some water. Iam going to try to get in my 3 liters today if the thraot allows, not hurting too bad at the mo' so I am trying to drink all that I can.
I had a huge nap between the antibiotics, pms, and stressy yesterday I think that is what is making me so tired. Tomorrow I can have broccoli, and honestly I am more excited about that than the cookie I will have on day 13. |

carrieanne, you had a buffet feast yesterday didn't you? Wow! hope the scale is agreeable with your intake.
I'm not as excited about broccoli as you are. Never really liked them anyway. You are definitely travelling down refeed very smoothly. I'm following your experience daily so as to base my own expectations... you go gal!

OMG, what a feast it was and even though i finished my last fruit and fell asleep. I dropped 200 grammas so that leaves me at 64.1 100g away from losing 20kg since May the beginning. I also had a very satisfying human poo, feel nice and clean inside and out? I don't know what that was due to but I pooed at my pre cohen's era hour and with easiness just like before i was on coheens! gotta go to work. Natty I'm glad you like broccoli too, I am cooking mine now, Flamie it is very important that you eat all the food.!more later

I enjoyed my lunch thoroughly just now - the increase was nice to fill up my stomach fully BUT BUT BUT!!! Horror came later... I felt so bloated and totally full even as I am typing now which is 2 hours AFTER my lunch. Goodness! I'm going yoga to work it out!

can i just add that the master poo i had was not chemically or other wise induced! I was so tired last night i didn't have the energy to drink a sen tea. could it be lefter effects from the sen tea i had monday night and tuesday night or could it be a pre tom poo-I am sorry but it was shocking and definitely didnt weigh less than water- i think it was more dense than the material found in those black holes in outer space.
anyway, I will get over it soon |

thanx new and flam for poppin in, After my lack of water yesterday, no nap, boss surprise visiting me, I went up 100g. Today I have almost finished 2liters already. I havent had any poo this morning either. still throaty, blech yesterday I had bread with butter, not so thrilling. well I better go and buy myself more bread-I havent had any today and i have to get in my 3 pieces. big hug and happy slimming to all.

Regarding the bread, I'm going to skip it tomorrow too. I'll have it only on day 6 simply because by then I can have bread plus extra crackers. Right now if I have bread, I'll have fewer crackers. Still love the taste of my crackers...heavenly!
