This is going to end up an incredibly long winded thread and also lots of work for Maria. May I suggest that each week you edit your original post (where you first volunteered to be in this challenge) to add your progressive weights? Thanks for the following for updating...Robbie 123, jens mum and hope_Ful.. Scales are going down... YAY! Thanks Princess Sunbeam for thinking of me... Thanks for those listed below that have put in their stats,this is a 6 wk challenge I am happy for you to update the total loss for me anytime (for those that want to weigh in each week or on a particular day) I will check in regularly and basically will update your total loss, rewards and goals if you have would like to change them...Officially updates will be done tuesday.... the updated list each week will go like this but I wont forget those that have started at the beginning unless you let me know you are pulling out of the challenge.. HI Everyone.
Weight wise not a good for me however I am actually very happy as I have managed to keep 100% even though I have some health stuff going on which has been a bit challenging. I go for an ultrasound on my gall bladder tomorrow which I am predicting will show I have gallstones. After a chat with my naturopath she feels it will be a simple procedure to disolve and pass them. So hoping that is the outcome. Have had to take homeopathics which has at least minumised the intermittent nausea which has been debilitating. So only .1 for me this week despite me getting lower than this during the week yet I am happy body is being kind at momment and not going into crisis with this gall bladder. As Dr Cohen says - health first! Hope everyone is having better losses. Hi Tiina121, Shanara and Soon to be30 thanks for the updates.. Always remember any loss is a good loss in this game and we will all reach our goals before you know it.. (welcome soontobe30 to the challenge.)
Keep at it and remember health is more important than big big drops. If we are doing what the programme is asking us to do we will loose whatever our bods need to at the time and we always have next weigh in.. Hang in there everyone...Your all doing fantastic... Like I have said will update and post weekly those that update for me or join the challenge for the first time but Im not giving up on anyone that has started the challenge and if you want me to prod you at any time let me know.. Dont want to make anyone here ever feel pressured.. This is about setting goals, rewards and acknowledging ourselves that we are committed no matter what it takes.. I would like to pull out from this challenge as I have less than 10kg but mainly because I am over in the tune up sprint which fits better with where I am at! But thanks you finally got me thinking about a proper reward my 'K' pendant and it will be mine very very soon

Thankyou for the update De I say you will be rewarding yourself with more than a massage! I have always found when I get closer to the 100kg mark your metabolism speeds up. Lookout Im sure you will be at double digits before you know it.

Week 2 Updates - 4 weeks to Go.. How much will we loose all together....

Well week 2 is accomplished! Results for wk 1 for those that updated (you are allowed to update whenever you please with the final weigh in being March 6th.) With 17 actual weight updates for week 1 we lost a total 24.7kg Thats nearly an average 1.5kgs per person... Highest weightloss was 4kg for one person. Congrats! Fantastic results everyone! Ok so my week wasn't the best had a couple of hicc-ups but am now heading in the right direction... Start Weight = 83kg Week 1 - 2nd March = 82.2kg Week 2 - 9th March = 82.2Kg Week 3 - 16th March = Week 4 - 23rd March = Week 5 - 30th March = Week 6 - Final weight = Total Kgs Lost = .8kg My Goal: 73kg My reward: To get myself a nice pair of jeans & if I get half (5kg) then I might just get a pair of shorts but lets go for the jeans.... I have been thinking about my reward and at the moment I am going to give myself a facial if I can just get under 80kg and stay there for over 1 week.... Still haven't got on and started my diary on line yet but have done a lot of sole searching lately. I went up to 83.3 during the week and have got back on the right road now and dropped all that during the last part of the week. Have lots of get off my chest so must start diary again. Have to find it first but am working nights this week so will do it then. Hope everyone has a good week. Jo
