Yeah - 700gms down - how wonderful to have that plateau ending- pleased to hear that Mette can now get on with her weight loss - lol. You are both studying, might be the exam stress. I hope you are taking regular breaks in your study to clear your head Vee. Good luck with the exam!

Default wk 35 day 6

Exam day today. I'm so not ready! Was having a bit of a panic about it last night.
Luckily I still slept rather well, thanks to my oils.
I thought I'd give myself a good start to the day and attempt to do some yoga, namely yoga to energise myself.
It all went pretty good. I actually ended up feeling a little sick from it, so I just didn't do all the poses and just rested a bit more. While doing the yoga, especially the downward facing dog, I could see all the loose skin on my legs! Not a pretty sight! I think I'll use oil on my legs as well from now on, as I've noticed that my arms have started to improve a bit. I guess to keep on losing the weight and sticking to the program will also improve it as the HGH will help it shrink back too!

One additional side effect of the yoga that I had not anticipated was, I had to do a BM! Twice!! It seems to have really stimulated the digestive system into flushing out the waste!! Not that I was having probs with BMs, but it was an interesting observation.

Ok, now I have to focus on study for the rest of the day, and the exam tonight. I can hardly believe that after 7.30pm tonight it will all be over! Yipeeeee!!!!

Thanks for dropping in Tara, Lulabelle, Mette, Louise and Katie! Always lovely seeing you all!

Have a great day!

Vee

Hi Vee

Just catching up with your diary and latest photos. You are doing so well, it's amazing. The loose skin will tighten up a bit, mine is starting to and it's still early days for me on maintenance, mind you I haven't lost as much as you (only 34 kg down from my highest weight).

All the best tonight with your exam.

x

Loulou

BIG sigh..... it's all over!
YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYYYY!!!!!
I'm finished, I'm finished with exams for this degree!
I tell ya, I had 2 glasses of Sugarless Solo to celebrate!

Thanks everyone for your well wishes, it helped heaps. I'm sure I've at least passed the exam. There were a few curly questions in there, so I just took a stab at them and put something down.

Now I can enjoy my 2 days of R&R! Going to catch up with friends that I haven't had time to visit and maybe visit some OP shops to find some smaller clothes, as now even the 14s are getting a bit big!

Thanks again everyone!

Vee

No more exams. 2 days of R&R, doesn't get much better than that.

You can breathe now Vee, and enjoy some stress free losing. Happy shopping in the op shops, there are some great finds to be found in there.

I just love you people! You are fantastic, thanks so much for all your well wishes and cheers! It really does a girl good to have so much lovely support and encouragement.

I've got good news, with all the exam stuff behind me now, I've dropped some more weight too. Down to 73.0 today, which means so far this week the loss is 1.4kgs. Official weigh in day is tomorrow, and I'm not expecting it to change, but you never know! I'm stoked as it is that the weight is coming off again!

Got a lovely 2 days planned, going to drop into my clinic to say hello to the ladies there and show my progress in real life, and going to catch up with friends whom I've been negelecting due to being so busy with work and study! I've also got a massage booked in for Saturday and am really looking forward to that!

Had to laugh, Shanara, yeah, I live real dangerous with 2 glasses of Solo!!! Indeed, pre-cohens choices were not the best!! But we're all learning!

Big fat and stress melting hugz to you all!

Vee

Hey, watch out, girl

Treating yourself like that is bound to result in even MORE weight lost - you don't want to fade away to a shadow, do you?

With the stress behind you now, Vee, I think your diary is about to host even more dancing bananas Well done, girl, enjoy it all....

Hugs,

Koh
