Oh yummmmm Salmon...DROOL! Can't wait to be able to have that again. What are the new veggies you are allowed on your re-feed? I miss a wide variety of veg as I pretty much like most veggies.

I went to the website where you link the picture of the dress in....and saw something I really like:-

I love how they pair stockings with the dress. Great chic look for getting on plane. I hope I can manage to get my legs that slim to wear stockings like that.

heheheh I saw this too! I love this look as well. I don't think we need to be this skinny to wear something like that. You've got slim legs at least not as thick as mine so your chance to fitting into this is definitely there! You go girl show them to the world! ROAR!

Default Week 26 Day 7

ooooo I finally see the gatekeeper of the dyke opening up the dyke today! That's a good sign... what a relief. That means I should be able to start my refeed in a week's time! Let's just say I shall fix it to begin on 1 September 2009. Yep, that's such an important day, please remember to mark it on your diary please and ensure that you'll visit me at my refeed lounge from that day on...wowowow hehehehehe. What a coincidence that it is also the start of a new month!

So, at the look of it, granting that the admins wouldn't seal off my phase 1 diary after next week, otherwise, this means that this will be my last week on this diary. After which, you'll prolly find me detailing over at refeed for 18 days and thereafter a maintenance diary for the rest of the year. Well, like I've said before, I'll still be lurking around every day even if I'm done and dusted in a month's time. This is so much part of me now, no one can shake me off that easily :P

No change to my weight this morning. Weight is still happy to be at 56.0kg but I can feel myself all bloated this morning and seems that poo poo wanna come out of the southern end. So, I'm not affected by the no weight loss. I've got another week at least to get down to my desired weight of 55kg. Hopefully that's so possible to happen. Okie, I've got to head for my marketing now. Be back in a while after all shopped and chopped Tada for now.

I was right about the poo poo. Managed to clear the southern duct before I headed for the market. It feels to good to have the duct cleared out. I feel relieved!

All shopped and chopped for the week Happy to stay on track for another week. Hunger is definitely more pronounced now. I'm just waiting another hour for lunch. I'm fixing my eyes on meal to meal now because that pretty much gets me over to the next meal and keeps me on track.

Going back to work tomorrow after 1 week of being down with the nasty flu. I hope I will get sufficient energy to last me through the day. Most importantly, the stomach mustn't growl when I'm in class. That would be totally embarrassing.

Congrats on being able to set a refeed date! Go go go! I think you will find your body does lots of sorting out during the re-feed process, and that last nasty 1 or 2kg will drop off. So lots of good luck on the new road.

Hi FlaMie, - So glad to hear you have set a date for your refeed. I think it is important to be at your peak health level when starting it - even for the emotional side and it is complicated and you want to be doing it just right. So congrats and I can hardly wait to see how you go.

I am so glad that you are planning on continuing to be on the forum as you are an important influence around here. Maintenaince has been scary for me as it is so easy to eat those nasty things and as Sam said in her recent diary entry - the taste of the food is no where near as good as the fantasy and the craving. ( I am going to remember her words and refer to them when I am tempted and having to decide whether to eat or not)..

I hope your end of the journey won't be too hard for you. Be careful and don't go too low. You will welcome refeed additions with open arms.

Cheers Rosemary

Well done Flamie, on all accounts!

And yay, a refeed date!

Do you prepare all of your vegies for the week as well? I have been thinking about doing that, maybe in snap lock bags or something so I can just grab and go, but so far I haven't managed it.

Default Week 27 Day 1

Hhhmmm just a quick update before I rush for class.

Today no weight drop but weight up for 100g from yesterday so as of today, I'm 56.3kg. GGGRRRRR such is the agony of TOM but yet I so badly want it to arrive and be over and done with. Surprisingly thought, I haven't gone up as much as before. In some months, I can go up to 2kg. So, I will just have to wait and see what happens in a few days' time. If my weight doesn't drop nicely to 55kg I will not be able to begin my refeed though

Okie, gonna springboard to my class now...see ya all later.

Hi FlaMie

You are doing so well! When I went to Thailand I didn't buy any of the beautiful clothing because even the XL was about a size 10 Australian. Lots of shoes and handbags because they always fit, no matter weight I gain! I hope when I go back next year that I'll be able to fit in a Large! Do you mind if I ask how far above your top weight you were when you ordered refeed and how long did it take to arrive? I am trying to predict the timing for me to order mine. If my weight range is 58-61 does that mean I can order it at 65 and start the refeed at 63. Sorry for the long windedness. Keep up the great work, you are an inspiration!

Oh I totally felt crappy today too! Having been down due to the nasty flu for a week and having to return to work today, the body felt so tired and weak. I'm trying to pick up where I left off. I felt that I'm totally sapped into this whirlwind of things but I'm so totally zonked out in the head that I can't think of a report which I've to complete before the management meeting at 2.30pm tomorrow! DARN DARN DARN! I think I shall try to turn in early and hopefully my head can be in a better position to get the report out by mid-morning tomorrow since I've got about 2-hour break to do so tomorrow. *Pray* God will be there for me - get me over this please! I'm just too tired to even think of dinner now... but I've to drag my body to cook now. So I'll be back in a while!

---------------------------------------------------------

Okie, I managed to cook spicy prawns and kang kong for dinner. Yummo! At least there was something positive that came at the end of the day. Although extremely tired (I caught myself dozing off while driving!!!!!), I did not choose to deviate! I'm happy with myself and have cooked my lunch for tomorrow too. So, just enjoying my cuppa of green tea before bed. Okie, check in again tomorrow and hope it'll be a better day tomorrow. Good nite folks.

Sorry that I'm a terrible host today. I'll drop into my guests' diaries tomorrow as Wednesday is a lighter day for me Good night and sweet dreamzzzzz all.

mmmm. Starting to wonder if many other people towards the end of their programs fall ill with the flu too, as I have gone and caught a duzie of a lurgy. It has thrown me right off the program tonight, as it is so hard to stick it out when i'm ill. I admire you for not falling off the wagon. How could I have done this to myself so close to the end! Now I have to work at ridding the extra kilo or so and delaying my refeed longer.... just when I thought I was in the zone again. arrghhh! Anyway, looking forward to reading your refeed diary sooner rather than later.

Cheers
Kim

Default Week 27 Day 2

Today is another crappy day although can see the scales coming down. Not that much yet but it is definitely moving downwards so am not that quick to change the ticker as yet.

Food wise I'm still good. Totally sticking to the programme so I hope my weight can hit to 55kg by next Tuesday so that I can start my refeed. I will have to delay my refeed if weight doesn't get down to that weight by next Tuesday - boohoohoo; that'll be drastically traumatic!!!

I'm feeling very yuckky sickky crammy!!!! My colleague commented that I'm looking very pale. I think I must be drained of blood! I've already taken 2 ponstans which are strong painkillers but yet still no help. The cramps stretched from the back to the lower abdominal area. I can even feel crammy at the hips area...oooohhhh suffering!!!!

Think will be another day of being a lousy host. Can't stand it any more... must go bunk myself and rest somewhere!

Honeybun, you take care there eh?

It really does sound like that your body is saying some stuff to you and really after how far you have come is pushing yourself so hard to get that extra kilo doing you any good? I'm not wanting to sound negative or unsupportive, maybe, just maybe you are where you need to be right now?

I have been thinking about whether or not I say something, and I really don't want to be a drag, but I am a bit worried with all this flu, back pain, late periods just doesn't sound too good to me. But what would I know, me and my man body?

Please take this in the spirit it is meant!

Hi FlaMie, hope you start feeling better soon, I'm thinking the way Sean is to about how your feeling - maybee the body is at the stage where it needs to be for you.. Please don't let yourself be in to much pain. Also how long did it take for your refeed to come through once it was ordered? I'm waiting for mine and getting impatient..
Take care of yourself honey..
