GGGRRRRR a pity I can't count the overnight drop otherwise the results for our team would be more decent...heheheh. Ok, better luck next week then.

It looks like we've lost a couple of players - Derf and SoonToBe, haven't posted for 2 weeks now. Can only assume they've failed those drug tests and have been eliminated. However, if thye reports are false, they are welcome back if they choose to remain in the competition.

To be fair on Team Aussie, I have discounted their week 1 scores and recalculated based on 7 active players.

Week 3 Results.

So the bell has rung for the last lap, and it's neck and neck between Team ROTW and Team Aussie!!! (0.09g in it)

Jenna has taken the Star Player award for the second week in a row with another strong display for Team ROTW (-1.6kg), but Rach consolidates her overall leadership for Team Aussie with a fine (-4.6kg total) setting a world record pace for this inaugral team event.

Shanara proves to her tough critics (herself) that she is capable of delivering a fine performance yet again. Since her pit-stop in week one, she is back in top gear and cruising toward the chequered flag.

Meanwhile, Diane is consistently outperforming herself week on week and seems to be peaking at the right time for the Aussies.

Avarona, Miss Parker and Kit are all riding that rollercoaster, and hoping the final week will give them a thrill rather than the butterflies.

Marc is on refeed's slippery slope and just edges the 1kg loss this week, but will he run out of fuel on the final lap?

Miss consistency, Shellbelle is coasting along with DoingItForMe, both passed the 3 kg mark with flying colours and preparing for the chase down the home straight.

Flamie has been in the pits refueling, but the latest news...just coming through from her technical team...as we speak....is that she's back on the track and roaring up behind the pacesetters again.

What an exciting final lap we have in store, with everything to play for - who will your money be on?

Team ROTW

You absolutely will Kit, well done!

In the mathematical sequence: -1.6,-0.9,-1.5,-1.1 what are the next two numbers?

Extra 100g loss for first team to answer correctly

Mark - the fact that you are able to loose 2 kg on refeed - while eating more food and never feeling hungry (a loss most of us would be very jealous of indeed) is amazing - you have no reason at all to be ashamed! well done!!!

Some fantastic results this week but with two results to come, one from each side, it's really too close to call.
