Wowsers! This is my biggest lost for a 7 day period since I started this challenge!! I lost 2.3kgs and now I've reached the 15 kilo goal! Was not expecting that!

GOAL: 97.2kgs (-15kg)
Start weight 1st June: 112.2kgs
Week 1, 8th June: 110.7kgs (-1.5)
Week 2, 15th June: 109.4kgs (-1.3)
Week 3, 22nd June: 107.5kgs (-1.9)
Week 4, 29th June: 105.7kgs (-1.8 )
Week 5, 6th July: 104.3kgs (-1.4)
Week 6, 13th July: 102.9kgs (-1.4)
Week 7, 20th July: 101.9kgs (-1)
Week 8, 27th July: 100.6kgs (-1.3)
Week 9, 3rd August: 99.4kgs (-1.2)
Week 10, 10th August: 97.1kgs (-2.3!!)



With 3 weeks left I guess I can try and see if I'll magically reach a 20 kilo loss but I think that's being a bit unreasonable on myself to expect 20 kilos in 13 weeks... but hell you never know so here goes!

That is totally awesome - you must be thrilled. I would like one day to hit 2kg in a week, but hey, as long as it is over 1kg I shall make sure I feel satisfied!

I think you could well get to your 20kg loss - wouldn't that be awesome!

8th July 2013: 68.0 (-0.8kg)
15th July 2013: 67.0 (-1.0kg)
22nd July 2013: 66.2 (-0.8kg)
29th July 2013: 65.6 (-0.6kg)
5th August 2013: 64.4 (-1.2kg)
12th August 2013: 63.2 (-1.2kg)

5.2kg to go! Still don't think I will quite get there, but hopefully it will be close. I would be happy to be under 60kg by the end of the challenge. Yay for good losses without the gym (silly gym, I will deal with YOU later )

Aw, don't cry Lil Doll! You have done so well, as there is no way I will hit my goal either.....but that's ok - think of it like Performance Indicators in a job - you set goals, but then you review along the way, to make sure they are still realistic....you might not make it in the time period (bleerrgh period, enough talk about that today) first stated, but you will get there - just might take you one whole week more (for me, probably two weeks)...but the great thing is that we are both still on track. hope that helps!

I was really surprised by the big loss - but they do say if you have more to lose sometimes it goes a bit faster than those with less to lose... and I have a LOT to lose!

Week 1: 105.8 kilos (1.6 kg's lost- 13.4 kg's to go)
Week 2: 103.9 kilos (1.9 kgs lost - 11.5 kgs to go)
Week 3: 102.6 kilos (1.3 kgs lost - 10.2 kgs to go)
Week 4: 102.2 kilos (0.4 kgs lost - 9.8 kgs to go)
Week 5: 100.5 kilos (1.7kgs lost - 8.1 kgs to go)
Week 6: 98.7 kilos (1.8 kgs lost) - 6.3 kgs to go)
Week 7: 97.9 kilos (0.8kgs lost - 5.4 kgs to go)
Week 8: 96.9 kilos (1.0 kg lost - 4.4 kgs to go)

Week whatever (been awhile since I updated here)
92.1 kilos (0 kilos to go)
Total loss = 15.3 kilos

YES!!! I made it!! I survived my first challenge! Am glad I revised my goal to 15 kgs rather than the initial 20 kgs that I was going to do!

I am not surprised as I have read about our fat loss cycles in a number of places but it was a plateau week for me! I even dropped a bit then bounced back up!

Are you feeling slimmer Caz? I tried on pants on Tuesday, and then again last night, and there is definitely a difference (in the good sense), so even if the scales are meanies to me tomorrow, I know that those cms are disappearing!
