WSM - I've got deviations this week due to work stuff - and you are steaming along there. I wouldn't be too sure......
And gottogo - I hope I make the 10kgs and then I hope there is another challenge around because it's nice to have a short term focus. I'm still at the weight where it comes off a bit more easily so I'm making the best of it.

Hey All!
I apologise for not updating you all on my weight etc but I might have to pull out of this challenge 2 weeks ago I came down with what I thought was a stomach bug so I put up with it for 3-4 days until my Fiance finally took my whinging butt to the hospital - I was sent down to adelaide the next day for an ultrasound etc and low and behold......APPENDICITIS ouch!! So I weigh a little less (hehe minus 1 appendix) but I havent exactly been on cohens in this time (couldnt bear to eat most of the time!) good news is I am back on the horse today and I am too scared to weigh myself til next monday but I am guessing I havent lost the 10kg, as of the 16th may I weighed 64.7 (woo hooooooo!) but i havent checked since..... I will let you know how I go next monday at my 'weigh in', everyone is going fantastically! keep it up!!!

Poor you Nicole - that's awful. Welcome back, and maybe when you face up to the weigh in it won't be too bad after all. Either way though, getting well is the priority.

Keep going everyone and be strong this is just such an awesome plan and enlightening journey well worth the effort. And really you won't die if you forgo your treats, food is fuel, not entertainment!!!

It's wonderful to have a group doing a challenge like this - WSM way to go as you steam ahead. I'll need to race you for next week. I really hope I can keep up the 1 kg loss trend to get to the 95 by next week. But I'm always aware that I'm still in first half of journey and I watch some of your slimmer Cohenites having a slower weight loss..... I know I'll be there when my weight gets a bit lower. Also I haven't swapped over the the digital scales like you giddyupgirl - I'm leaving that as long as possible! But what is so encouraging is that everyone is still losing. I just think it's awesome that shrinkers who are down around 60 kgs are still losing 3-5 kgs in 5 weeks, and hope that happens for me when I get there.
