START (3 September): 73.9kg
Week 1 (10 September): 72.7kg (-1.2kg)
Week 2 (17 September): 71.8kg (-0.9kg) Good week for me with TOM
Week 3 (24 September): 71.1kg (-0.7kg) Sooo disappointed with slowness of weight loss!
Week 4 (1 October): 70.3kg (-0.8kg) Looks like a long slow haul!
Week 5 (8 October): 69.3 (-1.0kg) Yay - back to a 1kg loss.
Week 6 (15 October): 68.7 (-0.6kg)
Week 7 (22 October): 68.2 (-0.5kg) and stepping into refeed today
Week 8 (29 October): 67.4 (-0.8kg) first week of refeed and doing ok
Week 9 (5 November): 67.3 (-0.1kg) second week of refeed done and still going ok
Week 10 (12 November): 67.6kg (+0.3kg) finished refeed - scales going the wrong way!
Week 11 (19 November):
Week 12 (26 November)
Final ( 1 December)

I have to change my goal now that I have finished refeed. Not quite at goal but my body had nothing left to give. Just hoping to keep within the 67kg range for the next couple of weeks on this challenge and monitor closely what is triggering gains etc.
My reward - a new body, a new lease on life, a new wardrobe and achieve something I really did not believe was possible! I have achieved this and am loving life.

Week 14 (24 November): 66.9 - better result that I thought I'd get...aiming for a reasonable result next week....
Week 15 (1 December ): 65.4 - much better - the mango does the trick!

well, I didn't get to my goal...but I'm on the way again. Have to live and learn, and I could use the excuse I'm in maintenance....but anyhoo, it's been fun, and it helped me a lot.

Hope everyone has a great result!
Lesley

Week 1 (1 September): 87.4kg
Week 2 (8 September): 87.8kg (+0.4!!) Not happy Jan
Week 3 (15 September): 86.2kg (-1.6kg)
Week 4 (23 September): 83.8kg (-2.4kg)
Week 5 (30 September): 82.0kg (-1.8kg) After a slow start very happy with these losses!!
Week 6 (7 October): 81.8kg (-0.2kg) it is my SLOW week

Week 7 (15 October): 79.4 (-2.4kg) weighed late this week, so higher than normal
Week 8 (22 October): 78.6 (-0.8kg)
Week 9 (28 October): 78.8 (+0.2kg) no reason for gain... but shape has definitely shrunk. In size 12 now.
Week 10 (4 November): 76.6 (-2.2kg) much better
Week 11 (11 November): 76.0 (-0.6kg) - slow and steady....
Week 12 (18 November): 74.6 (-1.4kg) under 75kg YAY
Week 13 (25 November): 74.0 (-0.6kg) slow again but a loss is a loss
Final (1 December): 72.8 (-1.2kg) better loss
Total Difference: 14.6kg

Goals:
Lose 15kg (preferably 18kg) - well, I lost 14.6 so I was close to my low goal
To be within 10kgs of my goal weight - I am within 10kg of my upper goal range but not my lower goal range
To be a normal BMI (still in obese category at start of challenge) - Part way there, now overweight category - 3 kilos away but much closer than the start
To swim in the ocean before the end of the challenge - nope - the weather has not tempted me to do this one......
