Hi Sangi,

I just found your diary. It is great to know another singaporean cohenite. You mentioned that you live in the west. I live in the west too and in fact very near giants!

You seem to be doing really well. Don't bother with others' opinions. Just because they are not used to seeing you thin does not means you should stop. Your change simply threaten them.

Hi fortnight,
thanks for the encouragement, am soldering on. Had a phase with temptations galore, what with the hunger making it worse. Then my Fren firefox suggested I drink coke zero or like when temptation got and it really works.
Hi WSM,

Sangi - You know how to update the ticker using iphone? Can you teach me? My ticker was created online using computer. After I installed the ticker factory app in my iphone, I tried to retrieve it using it (with the code etc) but it does not work. I cannot find it at all. Sighz.

Hi sangi wow you did so well! Happy for you! You will reach your goal weight very soon! I still have 14kg to go, sighs... as you know I travelled for about 2 weeks so those 2 weeks there were no losses (time wasted on that!)

Hi,
I'm finding it hard to update my diary as often as used to.
My wt loss has been good.I want to be in refeed land b4 Oct, my birthday month. hopefully i can do it.
@ fortnight- i'm not able to update my ticker on my i-phone as well
all my friends and acquaintances say that i'm an inspiration to them and want to follow in my footsteps. The people who get my goat are those real skinny ones, who are constantly complaining about their non-existent "chubby Cheeks"and "Fat Hips".
i have learnt to take all comments with a huge smile on my face
As for the diet itself, i've settled down to a well established routine.

Yay lost another kg. The wt loss is haphazard, sometimes I don't lose or lose very little over a week, sometimes it takes 2 whole weeks to lose a kg. And on some it takes just 4 days to Lose a kg. I hope to get to refeed by the 3 oct, my b'day. It will br the best b'day ever. It will mean I'm embarking on the 40 th year of my life in this world as a fit and fab lady, and not a fat and flab one.

Hi Sangi,

You are looking good for being close to goal by 3 Oct.... I haven't checked your weightloss, but, even if just 1.2 per week, you'll be within 2Kg of goal by your Birthday (and WHO will know - apart from you - you will be looking gorgeous, even if a Kg or 3 over what you would like ).

As always, Sangi, just RELAX into this - it works the way it works, and stressing about it will NOT help to speed things up.

Koh
