Ya should have ***** slapped her!-oh, um sorry I have a recessive red neck gene that surfaces every once in a while. Are we allowed to say ***** slap? I mean if it is spelled out properly-sorry if were not, I mean they say it in rap songs. any hoo, How much does she need to lose anyway? I would point and sing"I got a program and you aint got one, la la la la la la" I hope a chocolate chip falls out of the cookie and stains and ruins her clothes forever and then that she slip on a banana peel and rips her seat out of her pants and then everyone could point and laugh and you could say "oh, nice new designer outfit puke face, no I don't want to borrow it, I have my kick ass party out fit, you know the one with seat intact that I wore to training and to my party," and then you could call her puke breath.

I hope you have a great weekend-Hey I was going to tell you - some one told me that there are jacaranda trees in SA-do you know I have one in my yard and its my favorite even though he is alittle messy!

Carrie - Jacaranda trees a plenty. Pretoria is known as the Jacaranda city. Very purdy purpley messy trees, but I think they're originally from Australia.

Hello all my fantastic forum friends

Thanks for making me feel much better and for all the encouragement!! I agree, from now on I will just laugh at her. She can be so nice sometimes but I guess, jealousy does really make you nasty!

Grrrrrr, no weight loss last week. Don't know why and I hope I have not reached the dreaded plateau....oh well, will just have to keep going and I will only weigh on Saturday as not to be dissapointed.

Carrieanne, as Nam mentioned we have plenty of jacaranda trees in Pretoria. They are really pretty but are very messy. In Pretoria some streets are lined with jacaranda trees and it looks so pretty when they are in full bloom!! I saw the photo of the one in front of your place.....really pretty!

Will pop into all your diaries later....have a awesome day.....and YEAH, the bokke won....calling Sean, where are you??? Sorry you guys lost but the bokke where on fire on Saturday....my throat is still sore from all the shouting!!

Well, I feel much better this morning, just very tired. Since Sunday I have really been struggling to sleep. Where I usually just pop off to sleep I now lie awake and toss and turn. I then wake up between 1:30 and 2:00 and then struggle to sleep again. I usually only go back to sleep around 3:30. I wonder if anyone else is having the same. I have now been on the programme for 16 weeks going on 17. It is really frustrating and I don't want to take sleeping pills. They make me moody.

I don't have much to report. I posted my 16 week photos and I must say, when I look at the first photos and how I look now I have really come a long way. It made me feel so much better to see the photos again. I can really encourage everyone to take photos as this is when it really sinks in.

Hmmm - not sure about the sleep thing...maybe it's cos you've gotten so gorgeous that your partner wont leave you alone?

Try some Chamomile tea (Ah...are we allowed it?) before bedtime...but not too close, else you'll pee in the bed.

Sweetie thanks for the nice comments. I certainly hope I am "integrating" as I don't want to stand still now. Although I do feel smaller so you are possibly right. A person always tends to focus on the scales and then we forget about the cm which are actually more important.

Hi Nam, soooo sorry to have spoilt your expectations about biltong. I have already thought of weighing out my steak, cutting it up and hanging it out to dry for biltong ......anyway we will just have to follow the rules and stick it out. Thanks for your nice comments. That is why I love this forum so much. Just when a person is feeling down then you read all the nice comments you guys right and then you feel so much better. I am glad my photos inspire you as I remember when I started how many times I looked at other peoples photos for inspiration.....

So, out of despiration last night I drank a sleeping tablet called Somnil....very mild and you can buy them over the counter. I woke up this morning feeling like a different person!!! I did check with the clinic and I am allowed to drink them. Hopefully I can sort the sleep issue out as I don't want to drink them every night bur damn, I need my sleep......at least 8 hours!!!

I am now in my 18th week and all is going well. Will have to go for another blood test (20 weeks) soon. Oh, today for lunch I made the coffee cheesecake. It was okay. I am not mad about ricotta cheese. I don't think I will make it again. Time for my fruit and crackers. Hope you all have a wonderful week and chat again soon!

Hi rockin' roxy, thanx for poppin in my di, My clinic after asking them fifty times finally told me 69 was my weight(heehee I said 69) no range no high no low just 69. I think I will be nice at 65 though, anyhoo that is when i will do the refeed. Which i would like to be finished with by 12 september- i have a wedding to go to in the south of Spain-(food and drink) the refeed thing for me is 14 days so i need to get rid of these last 2 kgs-glad you got some sleep-ive been sleeping less as well like 7hours-waking up at like 6 am and must have my jpower nap in the afternoon. Incredible hot here.(me and -the weather-heehee)

Ja, the coffee cheesecake is a bit of a letdown, but if you crush the provitas and soak in sprite zero and bake it - it gets all soft and chewy and golden, and if you have a really vivid imagination, its almost pretend pretend like a cookie.

I am 1.68m Tall
I wear a size 7 - 7 1/2 sometimes even an 8 shoe
I am 32 years old (on Monday)
I like Pina Coladas....and taking long walks in the rain...

Hello Lovely slim ladies,

Not much to report. Yesterday went well as I worked from home....which was fantastic!! Ate all my cohens food like a good little girl. Can't wait to climb on the scale tomorrow as I am sure I have lost this week.

Oh yeah.....Monday is a holiday in SA!! Lovely long weekend and they are predicting lovely weather. It was so hot yesterday that I used my aircon in my car for the first time....summer is 'n coming.....summer is 'n coming......and we can all reveal our sexy new bodies!! Will just have to get a tan because I am as white as a sheet.......I don't like the sun so I think I will have to go for one of those spray on tans......

The Dangling Poopie -- This Poopie refuses to drop into the toilet even though you know you are done Poopie-ing it. You just pray that a shake or two will cut it loose.
