I haven't "done" Cohens - Asy knows me from way back - she invited me to "take a look" here - I did, loved it, and stayed...
And me? I'm a tall skinny-ish bloke (BMI ~25.5) and have been this way forever, so I haven't faced (weight-wise) what you all have !!

Very true, had it before and can see it will happen again. When I tell friends how much I still have to lose, they just cant see it and already warn me not to lose too much. They're just trying to be complimentary.

Suddenly loosing weight is ffecting on your face and checks . you have to lose your weight slowly
