I have not had a read of it yet but it looks like there is a lot to take in so i am glad i am not going to start it untill i get to 65kgs i think it will take me that long to get my head around it.

That's heaps awesome, pretty lady!
It's a bit daunting when you first look at it, but with a little bit of planning, it's not too bad.
Going great guns, pretty lady! Keep up the good work!

Hi,

I was wondering that if anyone started there refeed before they got to their goal weight and how did they go with that?

I have my refeed program but have been waiting until i get to my goal, but i have found that i am getting hungry and was wondering if my body was telling me to start refeed.

I think i will ring my clinic but thought i would just see what others have done and to see if it has worked for them starting refeed early.

Thanks
Purple Lady

I started mine 400 grams over my goal weight, and that's pretty much where I ended up when I finished refeed.
Have a gander at AJ's diaries, she started early. And Louise too. You will know when your body is ready for refeed, pretty lady. When you're eyeing off stray cats and small children, that's when it's time.

I was allowed a slice of bread today so i had my egg on toast was excited about having bread but was not as good as i remember it.

I am looking foward to this next part of this wonderful journey.

Congratulations on starting refeed. It just seems like yesterday that you started! Enjoy those extra foods! I was above goal when I started refeed but very quickly dropped another 1 kgs, it was like my body sighed a sigh of relief to get the estra food and gave me a present! Enjoy!

Hi Everyone,

Finally took my wedding and engagement rings in to get resized, have been moving them to the next finger but they just got to big. I have gone done 5 ring sizes that was a real surprise.

I have taken some of my old rings in as well to get melted down with the extra gold from my wedding ring to give myself a present for all my hard work.

Survived day 2 of refeed with out much trouble, weighted the same this morning as day 1.

Leaving in the morning for the gold coast for 5 days, we have a self contained cabin which is good so i can keep up with my refeed. Will not have a computer to get my daily fix of coming into the forum and having a read of some diaries.

Thanks

Purple Lady

5 ring sizes??? That's amazing! That should tell you exactly how far you've come!

Have a great trip, pretty lady!

Hi Everyone,

I am now on day 8 of my refeed have been away for 5 daysso ihave not been in to the forum. Managed to stick to my refeed while i was away but it took a little bit of preparation as i was out everyday very early until late so it meant i had to be super organized and pack my lunch the night before.

My weight has not changed much so far Day 1,2,3 was 68.3
Day 4 68
Day 5 68.2
Day 6 67.8
Day 7 67.8
Today 67.4 so i have been going pretty good i think.

Hope everyone is going great and losing heaps.

Cheers
Purple Lady.

Hi Guys,

I am doing pretty good at the moment had one little mishap yesterday when i added the new protein so my weight was up a bit this morning.

Can not get over how much food there is sometimes i have to check that i have weighted it right or read my program right because it looks to be so much. Have enjoyed being able to have a sandwich for lunch, and also the new fruit has been a nice change. Had some rice with my garlic prawns tonight which was really nice, am looking forward to being able to have a biscuit with my cuppa for morning tea in 2 days time.

Thanks for reading,
Purple Lady

Hey, P-L,

Has it really sunk in yet JUST HOW FAR YOU HAVE COME?

Awesome really .... I just looked at your ticker, went "No way" - but then I caught myself and went "Yes way".

(I mean, I've been around long enough now to understand and appreciate just how well this works - for you too !!! )

Rock on in refeed, PL

Well done PL! Have you manged to eat it all?
I start refeed tomorrow and I must admit it looks confusing- especially when you add in the extra protein.
What new proteins have you had, how have you split it (or not) and what have you mixed it with?
keep up the great work, only a few days before you're released to the wild. is it scary?

Hi Guys,

Koh, am very proud of myself for getting this far, but no it has not sunk in yet how far i have come it's still taking a bit for the head to get used to seeing a skinny body, still find myself doing a double take when i see myself in a mirror somewhere ( bit vain i know but i think i am allowed to be ), it's a good feeling but still a bit weird.

Marc, It is scary and it doesn't help that i am a bit slow on the up take LOL, and when i read my program i thought OMG i have no idea how i am going to do this, especially when i had to add the new protein and stuff, i found the best way for me was to sit down the night before and work out the next days plan.
I have split the new protein between my meals, i had some corn meat the other night for dinner and then when i could mix proteins i had a cheese and corm meat sandwich with salad (it was huge). I have also had some chicken drum sticks with my allowance of other chicken.
I hope this helps you along, and enjoy refeed i know i have especially the new fruit that you are allowed, i am going to make my self some fruit salad today and also some popcorn can't wait.
Pop back in if you want to know anything else.

Thanks and have a great day
Purple Lady

Are you enjoying the "time freedom" ? Just "eating whenever", rather than clock watching?

Hehe sure is a learning curve - and all that food !! Two days from a biscuit too? OMG, you're nearly FINISHED !! (I think that biscuit is a "last day" treat isn't it? Or close to it...)

Woohoo

Hi Koh,

I am on day 10 and the biscuit is on day 12. I think i am eating more on refeed than i did when i was big but aleast all the food i am eating now is the right stuff.
I have been allowed milk for the last 3 days but have not had any yet because i have gotten used to black coffee but i guess i should try some to see how my body reacts to it.

Have a great day,
Purple Lady
