Pretty slow results this week. TOM is here, and feeling pretty bloated, I have been getting stuck into the green tea today to try to relieve some water retention I feel I am holding onto at present- seems to help!!! On a brighter note, my daughter has ordered her refeed today as she is at her goal (a loss of 33kg in total). I am so proud of her and she looks fantastic (OH to be 16 again!!!).

Give your daugher a big hug from all of us here, Merryn! That's wonderful news! It's wonderful that she has gotten something done so early, it'll help her so much later on!

And soon her mum will be there too! Not far to go now!

Received both my daughters' and my refeed folders today. Mine is 15 days and my daughters is 18 days- Both look fairly similar and straight forward though. My daughter has reached goal, but will not start now until the end of next week as we are going away for a few days for the final week of school holidays and thought we would just stick to what we know instead of confusing ourselves over the holiday. I still have a little bit more to go, but will start when I feel ready- probably not for another three or so weeks yet. Will let you all know when that happens. Hope everyone is doing well with lots of losses this week....

Merryn...

Doing the refeed dance!
3 weeks is the plan for me too. Unless I can't cope with this hunger anymore...

Merryn, congratulations to you and your daughter for ordering your refeed programs. Have a great week away. The greatest gift for both of you is having taken charge of your weightloss. Your daughter must be so happy losing that weight. She will be able to look forward to her semi or formal knowing she will look fabulous. I know its not for probably another year or so but she will be able to manage things better now.
Have a great time together. See you when you get back to the forum.

After gaining about 2kg due to our good friend TOM.... I am now back to my lowest weight so far, and only have about 4kg to go. Am off on holidays on Monday morning...heading to the Sunshine Coast for a week of R&R and retail therapy!!!! Planning to do a bit of surfing, swimming, canoing, and just spending quality time with my family (that is when I am not at the shops...they have the most awsome shopping at the Coast). I hope everyone has great losses this week.

Hey Merryn,
With the fab bodies you guys have now you'll knock them dead on the beaches. Have a great time on your holidays and enjoy your shopping.

Hi, back from my holiday at the Sunshine Coast...had a wonderful time and our accommadation was fantastic with stunning views from the 13th floor. The weather was fantastic but still have not lost anymore weight still sitting 3kgs away from goal....this is sooo frustrating. I have decided to restart my tap dancing on Monday nights, commencing next week, maybe the exercise will kick my body into shedding the last few kilos. I use to tap dance years ago, so am really looking forward to returning to the wonderful world of tappers!!! I plan on starting pilates and aerobics also at the PCYC. I have never felt so compelled to exercise as I do now...I must be crazy because I have always found excuses not to exercise if I could at all possibly find one and now all I do is want to walk up that flight of stairs instead of taking the lift (which I did when I was on holidays...it was a great feeling running up 13 flights of stairs- something I could not have done 6 months ago at 117kg).

Have a great weekend everyone and hope you lose lots of weight over the next week!!!!

I arranged another get together today for the Hervey Bay/ Maryborough Cohenites. We had 4 in attendance, and had a lovely time down at the beach at the picnic tables. Everyone is doing well with just a few little hick ups here and there from some, but overall everyone has lost weight since our last meeting, so good effort I say!!!!

Hey, I doubt I could do it NOW !! 13 flights is a LOT of stairs

Rock on, HBS - and hey, where's the photos of the "Qld meet"

Hi Merryn,

Just catching up on diaries after a hectic, and fantastic time away.

Well look at you! What an amazing journey - well done. Sounds like you are almost ready for refeed. Perhaps your body is sayng it's ready. The holiday on the Coast sounds great and 13 flights of stairs and tap dancing - go girl!

I bet you look fabulous!
