Started 11/1/08. Lowest weight reached 63.8 kgs on 10/11/08 and 40 kgs down. Thank you Dr Cohen. Back again to do it all over again, starting from exactly the same weight as last time. My health is not good and my doctor is predicting all sorts of nasty things if I don't lose weight. What else do I do? I help people make money and I help people save money. Please take a look at http://www.acnlinks.clancie.com.au/ Back again for the support. Still think the diet and the forum are the best ever, but too old to do it again. Now losing again slowly on maintenance diet. Ticker shows next intermediate goal only (5 kilos).

Guys this sounds great. Maybe we can catch up after 3 weeks then before christmas and talk tactic not to go for the pudding and festive foods!!

My time frees up at the end of this week. How about sometime next week? We used to meet for coffee at the Barking Dog in Pakington St, a few blocks along from the clinic about 5 pm. How does that suit? Monday, Tuesday or Thursday are okay for me. I'm also available during the day on those days or weekends if daytime suits better.

As we have just found out, the Geelong clinic is going to close in the middle of June. I am wondering if anyone would like to start meeting up, maybe once a month? Let me know and see if something can be arranged.
