just a quick post from work to say I have changed my ticker from clinic weight to home scales weight which has given my ticker a bit of a turbo boost as I hadn't moved the ticker for over 2 weeks and my scales weigh a bit lighter (first thing in morning, butt naked, standing on one leg, exhaling  lol!)doesn't change my goal which was to be 71 on home scales before starting refeed (prob just above goal on clinic scales) but feels like it makes a huge difference on the ticker front. nearly into the last 10kg - WOW!  Happy Nana Dance!Will now move my ticker once a week on a monday when I check in with the 20kg girls. May have to defect to 10kg club sooner than I thought. Have a great shrinking day one and all. ff

 BUT.....NO NANNA NANA's COMING UP FROM MEI changed my ticker from the clinics scales too as it's the home ones that we use more often. Balancing on one leg is easier now the boobs are smaller eh what  Onwards and downwards. LB x
